A grizzled veteran and renown warrior known to be Irveric Tavlar's right-hand man, Saul defected from the Sith Empire and served as second-in-command to the famed 501st Legion all the way through the Third Imperial Civil War until Tavlar's death. He continued his service under Rurik Fel's command until he, too, perished during the Second Great Hyperspace War.
Upon the dawn of the Age of Stife, Saul assumed command of the 501st Legion, rising to the rank of General. He seeks to retain Tavlar's legacy in the hearts and minds of the common Imperial and to nurture in secret a new heir to claim the vacant throne of the Empire. He struggles in remaining an anchor in the turbulent times of the Empire, while adapting to the howling winds of change.
