- The Mara-Perlemian Provisional Trade Council is made up of a council of representatives from each member planet. These Councilors make up the Provisional Trade Council, each one holding an equal vote in matters of the aligned planets. Each decision is carefully weighed by the members council, but should a vote come to a tie, it is the selected "Chairman" who is to have the final vote in these situations. The Chairman is elected by vote from the current pool of Councilors. While assigned the position of Chairman, the Councilor is responsible for not only moderating discussion between all the councilors, but he is the voice and face of the Trade Council to the public as well as other governments.
