Will do anything for the profit and to advance the power of the CIS. Would like to create and manage industry and banking/crediting firms for the CIS's citizens.

Foresees the creation of a better, newer Banking Clan and Techno Union with the traditional free peoples of the CIS at the helm. Will support the CIS in any and all military needs/assets.
