Lt. Draven Darkstar.

Equipment: Storm Commando Armor. Custom E-11. Explosives.
Objective: Winter Comes to Falter to Spring
Location: Nyeon Lower levels. Nightfall.

The sound of a discharged rifle was picked up on all of their helmet sensors.
"Who alerted them?!" Snapped Draven. One of his commandos pulled out a holo viewer that was connected to a probe droid.

"A detachment of stormies, sir! What should we do?"
The guards immediately left their post, leaving the the back entrance exposed. At this point, it didn't matter if their cover was blown or not. At least, they could use assistance in their blocking escape. Hopefully.

"You three, get up there and take care if those snipers. The rest, give me an entrance!" ordered Draven.

They divided into groups of three, planting charges on each side of the facility. The other three remained behind in case any stranglers escaped. It'll be loud, but at this point it didn't matter.

"Sir, we're hot!"
"Get clear!

It was like his ardent proclamation was the herald of the absolute clusterkark that ensued.

After the first shot that he narrowly avoided, the evening gloom lit up as it began to rain brilliant red. Furious voices and heavy steps began echo through the compound of the warehouse. It seemed that the curse of ennui has struck once again, turning his sedate night into a conflict zone. Not one to be an hero or the type to welcome such chit on his lonesome, Lannik immediately tapped in to his comms system, alerting his detachment of his situation.

He was just about to commit himself to a strategic retreat when triple explosions resounded through the area, the ground beneath his feet trembling from the force of it. Lannik cursed his kriffing luck as he threw himself to the ground, even as debris began to fall and bounce off his armour. It was definitely swiftly becoming something far out of his paygrade, and he’s saying this as someone who chased down his reckless charge through a conflict zone and due to his allegiance to her that he ditched his vows and followed her all the way to the Core.

And that was when his evening continued to worsen. Eyeing the set of leather shoes that stopped a short distance in front of him, Lannik swallowed. “I guess I walked into something I shouldn’t and I’m in deep chit now?” He went for a light tone, staying still so that he would not instigate an unwanted reaction from the being looming above him.

They were in. A cloud of dust blinded them for a moment. The were welcomed with a volley of blaster blaster fire. Both parties unleashed what they had at them. On the walkway above they had advantage. Heavy repeaters and from looks of it, they were imperial grade. They were using DLT-19s and possibly RT-97Cs. The commandos were pushing, slowly but surely. For a group thugs and Terrorists, they weren't half bad. A group of shinnies wouldn't last in a fire fight like this, but they weren't shinnies. They were Empire's invisible blade. Draven raised his comm link, remembering the team that scaled the roof not too long ago.

"Are you finished up there?"

"They met the Duracrete hard, Captain."

"We need the high ground, death from above."

A rocket was sent into Draven's position. Without a second thought, he dived behind two medium sized storage containers. Chunks of tiny debries flew over him. In retaliation, he fired a three round burst from his E-11, hitting one on the gunners on the platform. Blaster fire immediately drowned his position. He then patched into another channel on his comlink, hoping he could use the patrol that was in the area as a way to break through. The closest to him was simply titled "Hayes".

"Sergent, can you hear me? This is lieutenant Darkstar, Please respond."

His mind raced to find a solution to his sticky situation.

And perhaps, Lannik would have chanced it and gone for a daring tackle and dash… except his sensors began to pick up on more approaching heat signals. Kriff it, he swore silently to himself, realising that it has gotten infinitely more difficult for him to escape. Delay, Hayes. Delay til your backup is close. The telemetry of his HUD showed that they were still approximately 3 minutes away.

As good as an infinity when your karking arse is on fire.

Sending yet another series of heartfelt curses towards the cruel mistress that was Chaos, Lannik decided to toss the dice, fate be kriffed. He was not about to accept death, especially not when he was lying facedown on the ground. He did not suffer through several hard-won trench battles and followed Lati through countless of conflicts that involved Jedi sleemos just to roll over meekly and give up.

Just as he was about to leap up and hope that he managed to catch them by surprise, enough to stagger them for two or three seconds and for him to get a headstart when a foreign voice filtered through his comms. His heartbeat began to race
as he found a spark of hope.

Lannik kept his eyes focused on a corner of his HUD, until it automatically toggled to its retinal-tracking. Using the blink-click capability to switch his open comms to a private one. “El-tee Darkstar. Good to know someone’s close,” the stormtrooper spoke, the relief in his voice obvious as he addressed the other. “Think you can give a bud some backup? The rest are running a little late.” As much as he’d like to chat more, time was growing short and the closer the rest of leather shoes’ companions drew, the less likely he’d be able to escape.

With a sense of renewed determination, the brunet exploded into action. He bounded to his feet, and eyes did a quick sweep of his vicinity. Clenching his jaws and unsheathing his blaster rifle in a smooth action, Lannik charged towards where there were the least number of hostiles, shoulder checking one out of the way and smashing the butt of his weapon squarely at the middle of the other. Blaster fire began to chase after him, the blue of his armour’s deflector shield protecting him from the worst of it.

The stormtrooper began to run, his eyes following the diamond that indicated Darkstar’s position, hoping that he won’t end up being swarmed by running further into the enemy’s embrace instead of away from it.

Kark, kark, kark. Coming in hot.

Arx gave a short, curt nod to the blonde-haired woman when she responded to his mention of the neural-interface technology. He didn't know if it would suit her or anybody else, though he was a seller of knowledge. It payed to have something up one's sleeve to sell to another, to coax somebody into a decision. Such a thing was useful when he had been in the Sith Empire, and it was just as especially useful here on Nyeon where crime and greed flipped coins to decide people's fates. Landi wasn't trying to do such a thing with Cynthia, he admired her joyful nature and her strict adherence to military tradition. His orange eyes watched the display simulation screens with interest, finding it amazing to see that the sims represented life so crucially and in such a realistic manner. It was something strange for him to see, he was like an outsider looking in to a home whom he had once known, but that he no longer knew of or about.

The eyes of Arx swiveled to look towards Alucard, wondering what she knew of the greater galaxy outside of Nyeon. He had never been able to leave Nyeon, never. He needed to know what was happening in his absence from the galactic game of war, greed, and death.

"Miss Alucard, where is it you're from? I find it a comfort to meet with and to understand those whom I work with, such as yourself in this instance of cooperation between our two people's. One Imperial, and one a soverign colony bent to their own will, hoping to make friendly talk."

Not exactly subtle with your intentions. Cyn turned to address the question proper. The rest of the class appeared enthralled with the new pilots entering into the TIE Simulator and she figured that the rest of the lesson could be delegated to her own Pixies. A good commander delegates. Though the question was a tad different than what she had expected to come from another Officer.

Cyn developed and practice lines of dialogue for any question, she figured any question, from her passion to piloting to even reasons for joining with the Core Confederation. Common questions asked from Admirals to lowly ensigns wishing to pass the time, and yet Cyn never came across someone that asked her of personal questions. Usually I get asked which academy did I train at and why do I serve.

Cyn smiled, her cheeks formed to a perfect officer smile, even as a twitch nearly cascaded her into a frown with the mention of 'Miss'. She had berated many of students and pilots for not using the correct honorific and title when speaking to her, but she had never dealt with someone outside of her jurisdiction so best to go along. Perhaps I should include a soft reminder of my title.

"Abrion Major is my birth-world, but I do not recall much of the planet to be quite honest." Cyn explained, her eyes cast sideways to avoid direct eye contact for a moment. She had not much dwelled on her past in many years and the less she remembered it all the better. "-But I trained among the first reconstruction of the Galactic Empire based from Kamino, and there I earned my place among the 241st Interceptor Wing. After the deconstruction I was allowed to bring myself and the rest of the 241st into the First Order. . .until I found myself longing for the Core Worlds." Cyn quickly summarized her life as a TIE Pilot.

Maybe I need to forget a lot more now that I think about it.

Objective III

Nyeon Space

A battlegroup consisting of an Imperial V-class Star Destroyer and a few Vidicator II-class Escort Cruisers approached Nyeon at a decent pace. Sergeant Major Erik Morkshna commandeered this battlegroup at the request of his commanding officer to ferry fresh prisoners to Mardum IV for processing and imprisonment in Vorkuta. Erik thoroughly enjoyed being the ferryman for the unfortunate souls who would be incarcerated in Vorkuta. He was once a prisoner of Vorkuta, himself, until he clawed his way out and into an Imperial uniform. Vorkuta broke him down to a mere husk, but he refused to allow it to keep him that way.

He was a survivor. One of very few who went to Vorkuta and managed to make it out.

"Sergeant Major. We're approaching the LZ. Reports state that there are about 100 prisoners prepared for transport." one PO3 reported to Erik.

"That all? Very well. Prepare the dropships for landing. Ensure we have enough troopers on the ground to properly handle this number of prisoners." Erik responded.

"Understood, Sergeant Major." replied the PO3.

From the hangars of the Imperial V, several dropships flew out and descended onto Nyeon's surface. Each one carried with it a squad of stormtroopers, readily armed and equipped to transfer the prisoners to the ship via the dropships. Down below, the hundred prisoners, who were all captured terrorists or had ties to the terrorist organizations on the planet, awaited in shackles for their captors to take them away. Several squads of troopers stoodby beside them all, keeping a sharp eye out for any who might pose some kind of threat or disturbance.

Arx offered a small smirk of joy at seeing Cynthia's smile. He couldn't tell as to whether it were a false smile or a genuine one, it had been so many years since he had worked as an admiral among the Sith that it was hard to differentiate between someone being genuine or someone 'bending-the-knee' so to speak to higher ranking officers to show respect, or for favors. Whatever it's intention was from the blonde-haired woman, the man was happy to find that he had made one person smile so far in his day. Despite his own past failures, he saw no reason as to now allow others the opportunity to smile. Such a thing, no matter how trivial, allowed people to grow to trust you and find comfort in your words and your deeds. It allowed for a mutual understanding and for friendships to form, and for secrets to be spilled. During his reign as an admiral among the Sith, he had grown to do such a thing. It was out of the kindness of his heart, and it had a more sinister meaning as well.

He did it to subtly coerce people into thinking they could trust him and spill their secrets to him. A keeper of secrets was a dangerous individual, one who shouldn't be trifled with out of fear of what they may saw. Arx had become such a man among the Sith, and with the criminal world of Nyeon after his departure from the Sith, such a trait had been groomed and perfected over years living in Nyeon.

"Abrion Major you say? I'm not familiar with such a world, even among my travels and expeditions for the Sith Empire which I was once apart of. If I may ask of you, Alucard, whatever became of this Reconstituted Galactic Empire and this First Order? When I was last outside of Nyeon, a good many years ago, this First Order was thriving, acting as benefactors of the will of the Sith Empire. Do they still do such a thing, or have they fallen to ruin like oh so many galactic civilizations?"

A Sith Officer? Cyn nearly balked at the revelation, years of Imperial strictness won over fortunately to keep her smile pleasant but her cheek still twitched once. Though Cyn was not feeling overly enthused of the idea of explaining the political fallout and blood conflict of not just one but two fallen Imperial Governments she had served. A dread feeling of luck and good timing would sum up her ability to survive, but Cyn feared many would find her opportunist and with fickle loyalty should the tides turn. I need to clear this up now.

Cyn was afraid of being questioned in such a manner, and by a potential ally who might one day reveal an unflattering detail of Commander Alucard. Can't risk that. "Ah yes, Abrion Major resides next to Kamino, south of them actually." Cyn cleared up her home world's somewhat forgetful trait. Kamino after all absorbed most of the Galaxy's attention, and the Abrion sector was treated as more of an afterthought.

"The situation within the Imperial Remnant, known by some as such and as the Galactic Empire to others, deteriorated into several factions of Warlords after our High Chancellor Tanomas Graf was captured and frozen by carbonite." Cyn quickly explained the prelude of the fall. With the Confederacy of Independent Systems  slowly absorbing much of the outer regions of space, they had in a sense removed the idea of the Galactic Empire with their ever expanding influence.

"As for the First Order and my time there, well-" Cyn cautiously looked back to her students before returning her focus back to Officer Landi, "-It was a mutual decision for me to retire. As I was never one for political careers." Cyn added,

"-And what became of them afterwards is beyond my understanding past what is known over the Holo-Net." Cyn truthfully wished to move past her time there, it slowly grew into a black stain that she desperately attempted to wash away.

"I'm more of an Instructor for men and women, many often do not understand the great gift of life they possess. And I'm here to make sure they utilize it to their fullest before meeting their end." Cyn added, she had never bothered with such political careers or the bureaucracy of higher command.

Orange eyes watched blue eyes shift from his own face to the side, and then back to his face. It was a small movement, a small facial expression, yet it held great significance and sway in what it meant. So something had happened to the First Order? Took long enough. While under the supervision of the Sith Empire, Arx had worked a number of times with the imperial First Order, he knew of their military prowess and of their so-called 'technological advancement,' though as with any imperial regime...he knew they would fall. It wasn't difficult to make such an assumption, as the history of the Galaxy had proved time and time again, no regime of imperial authority not matter how powerful can survive indefinitely. Any imperial authority, no matter it's greatness, no matter it's glory, would fall in due time. Time was the enemy of it all, as were the people. People were the driving force to the fall of anything, people acted and decided on such things. Manipulation of the masses by the imperial regimes was sloppy and careless, they always left room for error, no matter what. No matter how much they tried, they always failed. History saw to that fact.

Then there was the mention of Tanomas Graf. At hearing such a name, the corners of Landi's mouth wrinkled subtly.

"Tanomas Graf, you say? That's not a name I've heard for a good many years, how is the man? I hope he is doing well, and it seems that he has released himself from his caged prison of carbonite. Given that he is the High Chancellor once more of the imperials whom have come here, I take it he released himself. You lead a noble cause, Commander Cynthia, many do not realize their true potential and for that I envy you for helping others to achieve such things. May we meet again later down the line."

Vetka took in a sharp breath through her single properly functioning lung the woman. Raising both Hazel Spheres skywards as the charcoal Rakghoul Powered Armour-wearing woman extended an open palm towards Vet and she felt a sudden tense unease. Amur's voice whispered and coiled violently through the back of her mind and yet even as that demon encouraged Vet to murder and kill feeling threatened by the dark disembodied tendrils steadily seized the woman's body not visible although the experience of them clasping her soul was no less real "Rakghoul Armour?" Amur used Vetka's mouth to smile toothily. "Worn by Sieger's loyal lapdog slaves. You've come a long way from home, just like us." That last consonant was dragged out like a snakish hiss.

Even though their nervous system and sensory nerves had their behavior sufficiently modified to be absent useless and debilitating levels of pain in the moment where Lati's palm connected with Vet's sundered milk and claret coloured breastplate the power armour-entombed woman's body jolted violently with an actually audible pained whimper. Less violent or vocal than Marriskcal might have otherwise expected. Visor craned upward in a jolt with the pair of attractive hazel sphere set in almond-shaped eye sockets now facing the direction of ceiling. The polymer bonded bone and muscle regrew miraculously in a series of crackles and pops. "It hurts?" There was a genuine surprise in the painfully slurred question.

It was a disconcerting feeling, to tangibly sense each atom and fibre grow, reproduce and merge together. The distressingly painful process of Vetka's tissues healing felt like it lasted several minutes in truth everything was over in about twelve seconds. After receding like a wave down a coast of gold sand breathing a sigh of relief Vetka's eyes patiently moved down towards the hole still left in breastplate hololithic display within helmet sung a merry approving tune after briefly assessing her vitals, the breach in her thorax had been sealed. "Thank you." The words were said with a cool courtesy surprisingly absent weakness, bacta and adrenline continued to pump through her circulatory system and would see the former Death Trooper avoid their own demise.

Observing the armoured woman swipe a gauntlet against faceplate with a clang Vetka's lips released an amused scoff that sounded more like a chortle. "You don't wear that often." Vetka's voice was dry and passionless and immediately shouldered her G-12A Blaster Rifle before pivoting in armoured boots towards a flight of grated Durasteel stairs leading upwards the control towe's presicpice, Arkanian-One's steps were dextrous and fast beyond what should have been possible for somebody who not ten minutes ago had their thoracic organs beating openly through holes in their chest. "Keep a fifteen meter spacing." She instructed the familiar Bureau Asset plainly.

A tired groan escaped his lips with a pained intake of air, even as Seto adjusted himself to stand back up right, his body demanded another moment to rest. The Du Couteau heir rubbed his temple with one hand as the other rubbed the back of his neck to help ease the growing headache that would no doubt reappear tomorrow with vengeance. Seto eased himself steady, the sound of his communicator going off, a military ID attached and with a single click a stream of orders were being tossed, but not directed at Seto entirely.

"Engineer Company Commander ST-2334, we have arrived at the base of the Tower and have begun our search and clear mission." ST-2334 quickly explained, Seto barely giving him an audible confirmation. "-I have assigned two teams of my best Explosive experts to begin searching and providing plans to deal with the situation."

"All fine Commander, proceed at your discretion. I only wish to be notified when a plan has been formed. . . for all possibilities." Seto ordered briefly, he had not expected the damn Revolutionists destroying an entire city. Not that I don't give them a few points for surprise. . . and lunacy. "-You have my Authorization to use any resource available here within the Golden City."

Seto quickly moved ahead, finding a different way to scale up towards both Marr and Arkanian-1 to assist with what remained of the Winter Revolution. The hallway slowly slid past his perception, as he tunneled vision towards the stairs, his legs remained unsettled even with the Force aiding his physical strength.

Even with his stamina where it was, Seto labored for his breathing to keep up his rapid pace climbing up the stairs. Skipping four, to even six steps at a time made quick time to skywards but even he began to feel the strain. The Force screeched an unnatural melody, the musician desperate to tune and replace the worn out reeds and strings.

A small glint of metal, and his lightsaber found itself within his tightly held grip, no longer could he freely expand his strength on producing barriers and shields for every blaster bolt or energy blast. Perhaps the controls or even a way to stop this explosion rests in the higher levels, where no doubt the remaining leaders are holding up.

Seto, now with increased vigor pushed himself further, already reassessing his battle plan with minimal Force abilities and solely on his swordsmanship. Not the best path carved for him, but it was better than simply falling to the floor breathing difficult breathes for hours on end.
