OOC/ I dreamed these folks up as useful NPC opposition for all and sundry, but I'd be extremely pleased if anyone decided to write a PC Raskava or convert to their cause, and I'll probably write one myself at some point.
The masks are just cultists from the new Cult of Cthulhu game; any cthulhoid mask would work fine.
