By now, certainly news has reached the greater Galactic community of the tragedy that has struck the New Imperial Order. In an act of terrorism and sedition, the Sovereign Imperator Irveric Tavlar was slain in cold blood within the very throne world of our realm. This is an act for which the price of justice will never be paid by those who perputrated it. We know who you are and we will bathe all those who dare rend chaos across the Galaxy in argent fire. For too long the virtuous and vigilant have lived in weariness in the constant struggle against darkness, chaos and the rest of the depraved and degenerative adversaries we face across the Galaxy.
While the Sith Empire was defeated in valiant struggle, the work is far from over.
The work has only just begun.
Whisperings of treason and sedition within our vaunted Empire will no longer go unnoticed. Failure be it by negligence or malice to uphold the virtues of our Order will no longer be tolerated. For in the wake of this tragedy, darkness stirs with a grin and it is our duty to ensure that depraved celebration in the shadows is lapsed in all but a heartbeat. For our will of defiance is undying and the Iron Sun will rise across the Galaxy ever vigilant once more.
While the Declaration of Defiance and the Code of the New Order determined that New Imperial High Command be the authority and electors by which the Sovereign Imperator is chosen...I am indefinitely suspending this process and seizing supreme command of the New Imperial Order. Where chaos and darkness rears its ugly head, more lingers in the shadows. Until we have seen it ripped into the light and vanquished, there is no other option.
