SUBJECT: Mass Containment Breach
Roughly one half-standard rotation ago at 0600 hours, we received a distress beacon from our high-security facility [DSG:023.HSEC-TIDAL]. As the closest non-assigned agent on hand, I investigated the beacon to find that the facility had suffered a breach in containment and a number of high-value targets had escaped confinement. After ensuring that the prison had been resecured I verified my data with the planetary Karjr outpost before compiling my report. Below are three VIPs that should be our top priority in recapturing, or terminating if there is no immediate alternative.

I could not correlate any reliable biographical information on Tiphan Kierr. He was first apprehended by Karjr enforcement on Abrion Major as part of enforcement for a more extensive spice-running operation, but quickly escaped confinement. Was at large for several months, with operations primarily centered on the Huttward slice. He escaped capture by Karjr agents on an op on Lyran IV, and attempted to relocate operations to Hutt Space but was captured on an extradition mission by Karjr agents before being put in indefinite containment in a high-security facility [DSG:023.HSEC-TIDAL]. Kierr is an experienced thug and, more importantly, looted a beskar chestplate from a fallen Mandalorian. He along with his brother will likely try to make their way back into Hutt Space to avoid Karjr enforcement.

Known as the "Mad Bomber", Lirren is the younger brother of Tiphan Kierr. The mastermind behind the bombing of the Ryloth interplanetary transit terminal and the destruction of several key infrastructure satellites throughout the Arkanis sector, Lirren is adept with technology, spacecraft, and explosive ordnance and has a proclivity towards mass violence and carnage. Although he is somewhat physically unimpressive, agents attempting to capture him should beware of his many traps and technologies. He may also be guarded by his brother, who also warrants capture.

Bouer is a criminal marksman used by the Hutts and the syndicates for high-profile, discreet assassinations both on the criminal and civilian world. He is very dangerous at a long range and responsible for the death of multiple Karjr before he was finally brought into high-security containment. It is imperative that he be captured or killed before more Mandalorians or civilians are murdered. His stealth technology and marksmanship are to be taken seriously, but at a close range, he can be overpowered. He is suspected to have made his way towards the Corellian Run to find transport out of the Outer Rim and away from Mandalorian reprisal.
