The mysteries of the universe are a wonderful thing. There are so many we know nothing about - why are there diamonds the size of planets? When will the black hole at the center of our galaxy consume everything? What more can we discover about the life that exists in dimensions beyond our own? All these curiosities, like the skin of an onion waiting to be peeled away, still yet combine and create the enigma of the galaxy.
An enigma that must be understood to explain circumstances.
The broken vanguard of former Sith and Imperial factions against the dominance of the Galactic Alliance has failed in their given objectives. Despite victories, conquests, and even the defilement of the temples of Tython, such entropy was not enough. Even the arrival of the Foundation as a spoiler has yet to affect the dominance of the power that claims much of the galaxy.
Stirrings fill the air of a proper Imperial resurgence. No petty pretenders, no Sith agendas, no Imperial dominance at the expense of Force-users - or lack thereof. A simple united front, intended to reclaim that which was lost decades prior by those whose dominion no longer holds sway. Sith, Imperial, warlord, soldier, civilian, and socialite yet seek to once more lock arms under their common banner and pursue the acquisition of the galaxy

The Enigma is the first of the warlord groups to form under the revamped Empire Reborn faction. The group's core focus is on stockpiling, preemptive preparation of Imperial territory, and maximal use of resources within a given star system - with a touch of esoteric and arcane studies, armies led by legions of cyborgs, soldiers, and machines who have been fighting against the Alliance and its predecessors for decades.
