I recognize that many are experiencing hardship due to forced relocation and destruction of property, and that business will be slow in recovering. In order to facilitate recovery efforts, please visit your local royal representative with proof of residency and an explanation of need. All requests will be considered and all requestees will receive funding commiserate with their need. Do not shortchange yourselves, but do not react to this with greed. All requests will be judged according to their merit and funds dolled out accordingly.
