Due to rampant problems with the Sith Imperial Banking Clan in it's current form due to the failures of the prior organization, current CEO of the SIBC, Darth Xyrah, has opted to step down from leadership of the organization and has transferred executive control to the Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Empyrean. Enforcement of SIBC regulations and policies will be taken over by the Sith Military from the SIBC's current droid army and naval forces, who have been transferred back to Darth Xyrah's purview for other purposes.
Darth Xyrah has reportedly taken his leave of the central Sith territories for the present moment, relocating to Dromund Kaas to spend time with his husband, Darth Carnifex and other family members. They are not currently available for comment.
