With a vote opened by Dark Councillor, Darth Malum, the Imperial Assembly with a convincing majority has determined to pass The Dosuunian Commonwealth Accession into the Sith Empire Act.
The bill consists of the following elements:
- Admits the Dosuunian Commonwealth as a vassal state of the Sith Empire, granting the Sith Empire access to wide manufacturing capabilities, research acumen, and supply of foodstuffs.
- The Dosuunian Commonwealth's borders are recognised as the boundaries of Dosuun, Mephout, Seoul, Needan, Crystal Nest, Baralou, Alpinn, Tholon, Sky Absit, Najarka, and Varada V.
- The Sith Empire will recognise any potential expansion of the Dosuunian Empire into the planets of Vengler, Unnipar, Bestal Three, and Virgillia Seven.
- Guarantees the autonomy and self-rule of the Dosuunian Commonwealth within the Sith Empire on matters of government, currency, worship, culture and philosophy.
- The Dosuunian Commonwealth retains the right to a domestic armed forces while dispatching auxiliary forces to serve under the Imperial Sith Military.
- Sith-owned companies will be granted a generous tax break within the Dosuunian Commonwealth.
- A program is established for any interested citizens of the Dosuunian Commonwealth to study under Sith educators upon Jutrand or any other Sith planet.
- The Dosuunian Commonwealth's intelligence agencies shall report any intelligence gathered to the Tsis'Kaar.
- Priests of the Eternalist Church are permitted to proselytise within the borders of the Dosuunian Commonwealth.
- The Dosuunian Commonwealth shall be granted a seat upon the Imperial Sith Assembly.
This will bring the Dosuunian Commonwealth into the Sith Empire, adding a new vassal state within its borders, and adding an extra dimension of complexity and tension as a polity very much unlike the Sith has to interact within the Empire. While also aiding in dealing with the current issues with the Sith economy.
During the process of the vote, an amendment proposal titled, the Dosuunian Commonwealth Tithe Amendment by the Emperor, Darth Empyrean, was defeated in a close vote.

The Dosuunian Commonwealth must pay a yearly tithe in the order of 20% GDP.
