The pain of Woostri was starting to ease finally, slowly but surely. The darkness of what happened that day had left an undeniable mark on Everest's psyche, and yet ever so slowly was she starting to heal. As part of that healing, she found a desperate need to connect and give love to those closest to her. Tigris, Master Noble, Azzie, Colette, Shan... and herself.

Spring had come to the Coruscant Temple gardens, bringing a kind of peace that seemed impossible in Eve's mind for the longest time. It's astonishing to think that war brewed on the borderlands of Galactic Space, whilst here in the gardens, so far away from it all, all that could be found was a profound sense of peace.

So she set to work. Drawing on the traditional methods her mother had taught her, she started carefully weaving various bracelets for her loved ones. She had managed to procure several fibres and beads in advance, and set down one spring afternoon beneath a green canopy to make something special and personal for those she cared about most.

For Master Valery Noble, natural brown fibres wrapped around a citrine stone to represent the fire and stability her Master helped bring out of her, the burning strength that brought her so much motivation and grounding.

For Azurine Varek, purple strands woven around amethyst, reminiscent of those fierce Iridonian eyes, burning bright with passion and devotion; a sisterly love that had transformed her.

For Colette, natural browns and green fibres — representing nature itself — woven into smoky-brown quartz, just like her ever-watchful eyes that saw everything for what it was and was not afraid to speak it.

For sweet Shan Pavond, a brother in all but blood, blue-dyed fibres wrapped around a small bead of lapis lazuli, a representation of the mutual pacifist life they both shared and Shan's devotion to healing.

For Tigris, her love, a double-woven silver and natural brown pattern signifying their unlikely, profound romantic union of opposites, with one bead of polished onyx — representing her beautiful dark eyes — and one of clear quartz to always remind her love of her constant presence with her, finished with a small heart charm for extra cheese.

And finally for herself, a triple-woven pattern of silver, green and blue, representing her past, present and future, woven through a single clear quartz bead.

She worked slowly, carefully, methodically on each one, weaving her own love into them, imbuing them with the Light that so naturally emanated from her. By the time she finished, she could feel the gentle hum that came from each one; each bracelet speaking a unique language made specifically for their recipient. She meditated a while with them, allowing more Light to flow into each piece until they were entirely engulfed with its shining beauty.

Eve smiled warmly, gathering them all into small paper bags, and made her way slowly out of the gardens.

Her love for those in her life was ever eternal.
