Unit works in cohesion and often supports each other. Fighting one member means fighting the whole team, who will cover each other and work together. - The unit is technically skilled in the piloting and maintenance of Heavy vehicles. They can assist Luther in piloting the vehicle or operate automonously.

- The unit is not trained for close combat and, individually, they fare poorly in battle. Against a coordinated attack in close quatrers, they will easily be neutralised.
- Unit is only trained in piloting vehicles, and cannot pilot aircraft or spaceships. Additionally, the unit can only pilot First Order vehicles.

- Summary
The 11th Armour division is a group of First Order troopers with the role of piloting heavy land-based vehicles. The group is part of the First Imperial Army and follows the standard chain of command. The squad is led by the squad leader. Squad leader commands and directs the other members, ensuring they work together efficiently. If the squad leader is incapacitated the next highest ranked soldier assumes command.

[*]HISTORICAL INFORMATION:
11th Armour division was made in response for a greater need for a coordinated ground and armour attack. Previous experiences had shown that a lightly staffed walker could outpace ground troops, or get halted by the slower transports. Additionally, if both pilots were killed, then the walker was immobilized.
There was a shift to increase the number of troops piloting the walker, as well as have universal training for all aboard. Pitfalls associated with communications were solved by having a trooper keep in contact with the rest of the Army. Increased crew and universal training meant that the walker could still be piloted in the event that some of the crew are injured or killed. It was recommended that most heavy vehicles also have a medic aboard.
Luther Ando is the 24th Squad leader of 11th division. He inherited the title after previous leader died during the battle at Ossus.
