Formed out of the remnants of the Elysium Empire's XIV Battlegroup under former Admiral Aculia Voland, these represent the top pilots of her former carrier force who elected to follow their commander and strike out on their own as mercenaries. They served at the Battle of Tython and numerous smaller engagements throughout the years, and while they are small in number, they form one of the heaviest hitting options Aculia has these days for dealing with a variety of large threats from fortresses to capital ships to large formations of armor and infantry.
