Rebellion Rules 2.0
Pure chaos and anarchy has descended upon the planet as the dominant Faction struggles to maintain control. This has made the planet susceptible to changing hands to any government or group at any time, effectively making the planet a no-holds barred Battle Royale.
1. To initiate a Rebellion on a planet, the following conditions must be met by a Minor and/or Major Faction.
4. If a Minor Faction is declared victor of the Rebellion, that Minor Faction is promoted to Major and is given a new influence cloud over the targeted hex*. Chris can never deny Tefka.
*The minor faction may choose to decline, which would revert the entire hex to neutral.
5. If the Rebellion is initiated on Life Day, Tefka must enter the thread as Santa Claus and hand out restricted materials to players he meets on the field of battle. Once twenty presents are handed out, his Naughty List passive ability is engaged and subsequent players met on the field will be banned from the thread for a maximum of two days.
6. If the Rebellion generates any amount of blogs posted by Jay Scott Clark, the Rebellion will be closed and all participants will be asked to take the day off from Chaos.
7. Rebellions can now be targets of Rebellions.

- The thread must meet the requirements of a Tier 3 Dominion/Tier 2 Invasion/Rebellion.
- The faction declaring Rebellion can not be the faction that started the Dominion.
- An OOC thread must be made in the Roleplay Discussion forum declaring a Rebellion.
- The OOC thread must have at least 9 unique writers having declared their intent to rebel.
- A Faction joining a Rebellion that did not initiate the Dominion and/or Rebellion must post in the Roleplay Discussion OOC Thread made by the Faction that initiated the Rebellion.
- A Faction joining a Rebellion that did not initiate the Dominion and/or Rebellion must post a minimum of 10 passive aggressive insults and/or sleights at the Major Faction(s) being targeted, resulting in 64 ounces of collected salt.
