 500 Post Feedback

Hellooooo Chaos,

It seems wild to me that it has already been nearly two years of writing with y'all. I've had so much fun and have met so many cool characters along the way! Between my two Sith Order characters ( Madrona A’Mia Madrona A’Mia & Naamino Zuukamano Naamino Zuukamano ) I have now reached 500 posts. Per tradition and in celebration, I want to ask this lovely community for feedback.

Some stuff I'm particularly proud of as a writer:
  • Writing super spooky but artistic stuff with my neti- such as a Sithspawn palanquin using these guys, general body horror with how A'Mia moves as a many limbed organism, using creative Sith alchemy, and so on.
  • Exploring the innocence of childhood that is gradually corrupted by indoctrination, conditioning and the general strife of living in a galaxy at war.
  • Confronting my silly fear of Codex/ Factory and just making the stuff! I'm particularly thankful to the people that made the stories behind these items possible.
( Naami's sabers: Weal & Woe // A'Mia's spawn and her biggest augmentation so far)
Thanks for giving this a gander, and I invite you to share your thoughts down below.

Sincerely,
TheGremlin

Madrona A’Mia Madrona A’Mia

I'm biased but Madrona is one of my favorite characters on the site at the moment. I love your descriptions of how she moves, uses the Force, and the general atmosphere you create. 10/10

I know the babu Naamino Zuukamano Naamino Zuukamano less but they're really fun in contrast to the full blown Voldemort characters we usually go for. You write a youngin very convincingly in a wild environment. I extra struggle with that so it makes me appreciate Naamino more.

I don't have any criticisms to offer... They're both just well-rounded, perfect sized posts, and enjoyable.

I usually ignore these when they pop up... but I had to jump into this one!

I love the Neti as a species, and while I have never written one, I have interacted with a few writers who have. You are by far one of the most prolific of those writers. The way you describe her movements, her interactions with nature around her, and the overall flow of how she uses the force is awesome.

NGL I also get some Poison Ivy vibes, but that makes it all the better!

Keep it up, and keep writing her! She is definitely one of my favorite characters on the site!

Ohhh how could I not give feedback for one of my favorite writers?!

First of all, you are SUCH an amazing person to collab and write with. One of my favorite writing partners on the site, that's for sure!

For A'Mia: My interactions with her are somewhat limited, but from what I've read and interacted with, she seems like such an awesome and unique character, especially for a Sith. I have no real critiques; you write her so well and I just have to say, she is my favorite spoopy Tree Lady <3

For Naamino - man, what can I say?! I just LOVE the spikey Zabrak boy - and I've had so much fun following along with his story as he traverses the perilous world of growing up to be a big ole bad Sith! I just love how serious and stoic he is with most others, but that he also has such a soft side for those he gets close to.

Overall - I really enjoy your writing, Gremlin! I have such a blast writing with you too, and you're such a fun, bright, and uplifting person to interact with. I can't wait to see more of A'Mia's and Naamino's shenanigans!

You know I'm a big fan. A'Mia is so so creepy and you write her so immensely well. I agree with Srina Talon Srina Talon and Judah Lesan Judah Lesan especially about how you write her movements and such, and just the small details of her actions and being. It's so awesome. And the murakami core is wild tech.

Naami has been lowkey breaking my heart haha. I love the kid, and his progression is super cool. I wish I still wrote Aiwaz so I could've written more with him as he progresses, but alas, everything I've seen of him has been so well done.

Not to mention, you are super lovely OOC! It's a joy to know you and hopefully we can write more soon!

Srina Talon Srina Talon thank you so much for the kind words! I’m so grateful to know that the fun I have in writing A’Mia is coming across and has been enjoyable for you too! I fully intend to continue her bizarre antics and reach new heights with botanical weirdness. And thank you for the feedback that Naami feels realistic in such a wild galaxy.

Judah Lesan Judah Lesan thank you as well! I appreciate you branching out and jumping in to say your piece about A’Mia :D I promise her ambulation and Druidic strangeness will just be amplified more and more.

Revna Revna THANK YOU for the hype and love, I’m genuinely so so so grateful to be plotting with you via both my characters. Not only are you awesome to plot with but you’re just an absolute gem OOC

Everest Vale Everest Vale thank you for dropping in, for the love you’ve give to both my characters (here and in our chats), and omg don’t think you’re off the hook! I still have every intention of us mutually breaking eachother’s hearts and plotting amazing stuff! You’re awesome

And Darth Caedes Darth Caedes ! The man, the myth, the legend. I am so so so appreciative for your kind words and your hype and all the incredible inspiration you bring to my life. Plotting with you is pure magic and I’m so stoked to write Star Wars epicness with you

I have to jump in here.
We collaborated a BUNCH when I was all up in Sith Space and while I did not interact ALL that much with Madrona A’Mia Madrona A’Mia one of my favorite just small RP moments ever came from her. When I brought Gavin Vel Gavin Vel to the med center and she most kindly and respectfully told me to get lost.

The Spikey boy however, I miss writing with all the time. From taking his first life in combat at Bescane, to a two v one duel with him and Gavin Vel Gavin Vel against Reign.

Reign's wife making sure he has properly fitting clothes and watching him grow into his own a bit.

It's all been a treat and I've sincerely missed writing with you! Absolutely no notes, you are an absolute treat.

Madrona A’Mia Madrona A’Mia is a delightful character. Echoing the above with how clearly and creatively you describe her movements, I also adore the way you strike a balance between cheerful and eerie. There's something wrong with this overgrown tree lady and I love it.

Writing wise, you're very easy to get along with and our interactions/planning have been nothing short of lovely. I also really like the way you encourage and promote the people around you!

10/10 This is an endorsement to write with A'Mia (and her acolyte gremlin).
