Strengths:
- Numbers - This fighter is exceptionally small, allowing even more fighters to fit inside a hangar or save room for other fighter-sized ships
- Defenses - This fighter has lackluster defenses, better hope the pilot doesn't get hit
- Speed - While this fighter has good handling, it has low speed because of a small engine
The A-6 Interceptor was among Kuat Drive Yards first fighters, and they have served their purpose well. However, they were quickly phased out for a better options for keeping the pilot safe. Still, the A-6 was a good, cheap fighter, that was small enough to dodge hits, and maneuverable enough to fit in a dogfight. That is why it is still being used today, by other companies, organizations, and even Kuat Drive Yards, today. Unfortunately, because it is so small, it has a poorly small deflector shield, and just enough room to slap the smallest engine on it. In fact, although it has never been tested, it is theorized that since the fighter is so small, it doesn't matter where a turbolaser may hit it; it's thought that a turbolaser may turn this little fighter into dust.
