A Big Change

Alright guys. It's time for some serious talk.

Over the past few weeks i have been struggling with the leadership of this faction. Ever since the Second Invasion of Empress Teta i have lost my drive to RP my One Sith Characters, as well as my drive to push for the betterment of this faction. Some of you may have noticed this, my struggling to post, my being less active in the OOC forums, or perhaps even being rude and curt to some of you.

For this, i want to apologize. If you feel that i have wronged you in some way, i am sorry, i just have been truly struggling with running this faction for a multitude of reasons. I won't tell you why, as it feels to be like i will just be making excuses. I will simply tell you that i feel i am no longer in the correct state to lead this faction.

As well, my colleague and long time friend [member="Darth Junra"] has decided that she will be joining me in this move for her own reasons.

This may dismay some of you, and confuse others, but for us i feel it is the best possible move.

I want to state that in the time since this faction was born and grown we have accomplished things that are absolutely incredible. We conquered Coruscant, took Alderaan, fought the biggest factions on the board and beat them all, and have generally been a good natured, fun bunch. I am incredibly proud of everyone in this faction and I'm happy to have worked with all of you.

To replace us, [member="Darth Isolda"] will become the Faction Owner.

The transition of both [member="Darth Junra"] and I stepping down will be a slow one. I'll be handing the reigns to Isolda immediately, but Junra and I will still be around. Both of us still have some stories to finish. I will be finishing up the Skirmish, then Mierin will be making a return to finish someones training, Junra will have some interesting twists, and we'll do a big thread around holiday time to wrap up our departure. All in all, it will take about a month, but then we will be gone from the faction.

Honestly though. You guys have everything you need to keep going and still win. Mason and I lead this faction well, but you have such a great member base and Darth Isolda is one of the most organized and well founded members on this board. We have given you the tools, molded this faction, and given you some of the best Factory Ship on the board(You're welcome fleeters). I one hundred percent believe you guys will go on without us and push things further.

It has been an Honor leading you, and i hope you can forgive me for stepping down.

I've enjoyed the One Sith and roleplaying Daella. It's time for the new hotness I have in mind, though. I'll be in a few last threads with Daella to close the book on her properly (unlike what I did with my last main) and answer a few mysteries related to her.

It may be a while before I come back to the Sith with a character. Yet, I'm always willing to help in some way if someone asks. Don't be a stranger.

You and [member="Darth Junra"], as well as Isolda, were the symbols of the One Sith to me and I was beyond over-joyed when you offered to mentor me. I hope I can still see you both around on the board, you both are literally legendary to me.

I would be lying if I said I didn't feel anything about this, and I feel like I could keep on rambling on about how much I'd like to be crying right now.

Nah for real. You two made this faction what it is today and you have kept it running from when it was a hidden minor faction all the way until now. I can say that while I was not with you guys on the invasion of Courscant when they made their big bang statement, I very much enjoyed reading the thread and the continuing invasions as well as dominions that the Sith are having.
