Sabrina and @[member="Tiiona"] had just finished, a training session with @[member="Darth Isolda"], where they learning about mind tricks. Sabrina noticed that tiiona, was a Miraluka, she always wonder how they see, they both head to cantina, for a spot to drink.
As they sat down, a slave brought them a glass of a water each, and a sandwich. She then looked at tiiona, and asked her, How can you see, where every thing is? She realized it may come wrong, so she quickly added, Sorry to be so impersonal, it`s just I have always wondered, that`s all. She hoped tiiona would not take offence, by her question.

Munching on her sandwich Tiiona was silent, letting the lesson sink in. Sabrina's question disturbed that peace, but it was not something to be angry about, nor was the question itself. Blinking with her blind eyes under the hood she would reply "It's okay. Well... since it comes naturally to me, it's kind of hard to explain. It's much like a fish feeling the vibrations in the water without any ears, so do the Miraluka's compensate for the lack of sight with their increased sensitivity in the force. And since a half- maybe the better half- of me is Miraluka, same applies to me." She would continue working on the sandwich while waiting for the other Sith's response.

"Could you teach it?" sabrina enquired, as she took a bite, from her sandwich. She wondered what it would been like, to know from birth that, you where force sensitive.

Sabrina's question made the Miraluka stop for a moment. She would be silent, considering what she knew about ability and if it was possible to relay enough to give a basic understanding of it. The force sight while natural to her kind was no exclusive to them, or so she has heard, it was possible to learn it if one was to relinquish their dependency on normal sight. Well, what the hell, might as well try, at least she'd learn what kind of teacher she was.

Finally, after maybe a minute of silence Tiiona would reply. "I could try, but no promises." Then after taking a bite she'd add "I assume you'll want to give it a shot now?"

Sabrina looked at @[member="Tiiona"], and liked the idea of giving a shot, so she nodded her head agreement. Then said Yes please in slightly excited voice, the idea of seeing through the force, seemed like brilliant thing to know.
She wonder what it would be like, to know such a skill. Would she able to see, the light and the dark sides of the force, or would it be just the force it self. Then again she may learn it, tor tiiona may be not a good teacher, as she is a fellow apprentice.

"Fine. Then let's do this first." She would look around, the lesson would be best if they were alone, but they could do something here as well. Maybe find out if this girl was even capable. Tiiona would have an idea, but first she needed a way to take away her student's sight - well, not permanently, a simple eye-fold would do. The material for it would be taken from her torn and full of holes cloak, that she pretty much destroyed in her encounter with the two acolytes protecting the gates when she got here. It was about time she got a new one, but at least this old cloak could still have some uses. Handing the piece of cloth to Sabrina she'd say "Cover your eyes with this. It doesn't matter if you keep them closed or not, as long as you don't see with them." When it was done, if it was, she would then give the objective. "Directly behind us, on the other side of the cantina is a guy. Tell me what he is doing right now." It was the first step, an easy task because one could guess he was drinking merely from listening, even if there were other people around and the place was covered in a blissful rumble. But if the girl could do it, the next objective will be on a different league.

Sabrina took the piece of cloth, and wrapped it round her face, so it covered her eyes. She could not, see anything through it, it was weird, until she manged to orientate her self on, her friends voice.
She then was told their was a man, on other side of cantina. She concentrated on him, and could sense his presence, but she could not see him. Though she could tell, what he was feeling. She answered Not sure, what`s he doing, but he thinks where weird. she said, in low voice so he could not hear her.

The answer was not what she needed, but it made sense that she received it. "Focus not on what he feels, but more on his movements, even if you cannot make out his appearance."

Sabrina began to stare for longer, eventually she began seeing spot`s. These spot`s seemed to have pattern, it`s seemed to make a shape. She realized it working, it was only faintest of out line`s. Yet those spot`s where, the a mans out line.
She wonder if she was kidding her self, so she moved hand in front of her. She wasn`t kidding her self, she could see a faint outline hand, it was just dot`s. Though it was still their, she looked at the man again, she realized the dot`s took to longer register, to be of any real use. It was a start though, none the less.
She turned to her friend @[member="Tiiona"], and said with a slight sense joy in speech. I can see him, it`s like loads little, dot`s coming off him.

The mention of dots didn't mean anything to Tiiona. She could see clear figures for as long as she can remember, but whatever, at least it was starting to work. "Tell me what he is doing." She repeated.

Sabrina replied to [member="Tiiona"], I think he looking right at me, and drinking some thing. It was hard to tell, as the dot`s did not come all at once, to make a complete picture. More as pluses and wave`s, of them giving her, different bit`s of information, rather than all at once. Then she saw some thing for definite, he got up as the height of dot`s changed. He just stood up, She told tiiona.

Finally they were making some progress. Guess it took some time for the girl to get adjusted to the new way. Apparently she could only see the figures yet, but it was a start. As the man they secretly observed walked away Tiiona decided it might be enough and better not to push it too far, let Sabrina get used to it more, but before they were done the Miraluka wanted to give it one more test.
She would get a piece of paper and start writing numbers on it progressively from 1 and up, up to 30. And while doing so she would say "Okay, lets see how you manage this. Focus on my hands and tell me what I am writing. And no peeking." She would add.

Sabrina picked the pencil, and put the piece of paper, in front of her. She said Okay, I will try. She could just about see, the dot`s coming of, from her arm. Though she could not see anything from, the paper, but she could touch it. She began writing the number`s, one through to thirty. She did it slowly, so she could keep pace, with dot`s coming of her arm. By the end the dot`s, have almost formed the shape of her arm, by time she wrote thirty.
When she finished, she took her blindfold. and looked at the paper. It was not neat, but the number where, in sort of straight line with, few millimeters higher up or lower down from on another. Few where overlapping, but the last three numbers where quite good.
She looked [member="Tiiona"], It could have been worse She said, with slight smile on edge, of her mouth.

Sabrina easily did as she was told and copied what Tiiona was writing. She was making quite some progress with the force sight, at this level all she needed to do was practice and she should be able to fully see through the force in no time. "You're doing great. With some more training you should become quite efficient with it... I'm not sure, maybe I should let you develop it further on your own."

Sabrina smiled and politely said I will, and thank`s your good teacher. She looked around, and then added, Fancy going out, tonight for drink? She was thrilled by her new skill, and could not wait to try in action. She felt she owed [member="Tiiona"], some thing for showing it her.

Tiiona's blind eyes blinked. They were in cantina and drinking already, so she wasn't sure what Sabrina meant. On top of it going out to drink sounded like a major waste of time to her. But this was an invitation, not exactly nice to decline... She was torn for a bit until she finally decided to decline. "No, you go on without me, I had actually planned some work to do that I was doing before today's training. Thanks for suggesting though." With that unless Sabrina had more to add the Miraluka acquired another sandwich and stood up. "Well, guess I get to it then. See you around" and with that she left for the library where her papers and stuff were.

Sabrina shook her head, and replied No we got study know, I meant tonight when the band`s are on, have some fun, be sociable. Sabrina then head off, to class, she had training with [member="Darth Veles"], with lightsaber`s.
little did she no, she would be fit enough go out for a week after that.
