A 'BLIND' DATE
Tilting her head to the side, Lana pursed her lips as if she was in disapproval. "I mean, I think you do. With your eyes, and your hair, and your mouth does this little cute curve thing when you smile." Lana scratched at the back of her head, wondering if she was perhaps going into too much detail. Sometimes she read too much into things, maybe this was one of those times. "Well, could be worse. Like if we were in my ship, you'd have to sit in my lap because there's like no space in the little ships." She was looking forward to getting the Totoro back, until then she had to zoom around in the little jedi ships. Hopefully they weren't going to check her flight computer again, otherwise she'd get another lecturing about going off course.
When the topic of living and jobs came up, Lana was eager to explain her situation. "Oh! That's easy! I'm technically a jedi, but I like working as a doctor, sorta. I'm more of a nurse really, but I'm hoping I can become a doctor like my Momma, she was a super good doctor! But, I live on my ship the Totoro, but the jedi people have it on lock-down because it's registration is out of date and it's tied to the CIS and-" Lana stopped, taking a breath, then sighing. "Anyways, it was my mommas ship. Sorta grew up on it, running around the galaxy, in and out of the force nexus, just typical stuff. You know?" She shrugged, and downed her troubles in a cup of Caf. That seemed to eliminate all tones of sadness from her being.
Feeling Sophia's leg brush against hers, Lana eyed the woman suspiciously, then ever so slowly rubbed the back of her foot against Sophia's leg. She was wondering if this was some sort of dating game. She'd seen other couples do this before, so maybe this was some sort of dating ritual she had missed out on. "Me too." She said, though her voice lacked the cheery upbeat energy of before, as the young witch was currently trying to work out what exactly she was supposed. After several moments, she figured she might as well just ask. "I'm sorry, sorta new to this game, but how do we decide who wins?" Of course, Lana didn't stop her rubbing, unsure of what sort of rules that the two were playing by, and if there were any rules at that.
