When this faction was founded, it was in order to bring together those who wanted to write a certain kind of Sith. It was known then, that a faction such as this could not survive in isolation.
We needed someone to lean on
When the great sith factions of the time fell apart and minor factions had a certain influence through rebellions, we decided to ally, but be independent. Since then, our activity has dwindled severely. This cannot be blamed only on our decision to remain isolated; the fault lies with us who are tasked to lead and engage. As I am taking over the Faction Ownership of the Sith Assassins once again, I realise one fundamental truth. We cannot exist in isolation:
We need someone to lean on.
We have nothing to gain from staying independent, and all to achieve by supporting the one truly rising Sith faction on the board.
We will keep our forum, we will keep our stuff, but we are part of the Sith Empire and we will support their effort. Meanwhile, we will also make activity of our own!
