A Change of Plans(Open)

His eyes beginning to burn as fatigue and exhaustion set in, Aarge Koth Teh reached over and tapped away on the console of the bridge of his ship. The destination of his ship mattered not. He was in a time unlike his own. The galaxies had progressed without him and while he had recently awoken from suspended animation, Aarge could very well see that it had progressed very far from the time in which he had lived. This was nothing like the Old Republic as it was now called, nor was it too vastly different. War was still the same as always and ever a constant presence. The Jedi and Sith waged war upon one another, though neither were as they once had been. These were Jedi of a new order and led different ideals from that he knew of. Same was true of the Sith or One Sith as they were called now. Why such was as it was, he had not the answers. Only questions came to his mind.

What happened long ago that caused the universe to rapidly change as it had? Who were these One Sith? With his master long gone and dead, how would he complete his training? Where should he head now?

His mind filled with thoughts as he looked into which route in which his ship would take to the next star system that seemed promising. His master once named two planets in which he might be able to continue his training and search for answers. Dantooine and Korriban, two planets that housed the the different factions of the Force. Korriban, once the ancient home of the Sith and a place to seek answers on the dark side of the Force while pursuing what happened to the great Sith Empire that he once knew. Dantooine, a planet that housed many Jedi and their proud temples as well as archives. Either were a good place to hopefully find answers or waste his time. The information he had was older than even he was. It could be incorrect or at the worst, the places he sought were long since destroyed. Activating his hyperdrive, Aarge slipped into hyperspace along the Hydian Way and made his way into the last two locations that may hold some answers for him.

When his ship exited hyperspace sometime later, it was not by his own hands or choice that such happened. Something ripped him out of his voyage and into normal space. At first it took Aarge a moment to become awake and aware of what had happened. He had fallen into a meditative state to gain not only a bit of sleep, but be able to react should anything require his attention and a good thing that he had done such. Blinking behind his mask, Koth checked his sensors and his eyes slightly widened at the number of vessels that was being registered. Fourteen ships of unknown origin and designs. Aarge's ship was from an ancient era and not quite as advanced as the ones in front of him, though he had no inclination to back down from this challenge.

So........a detour in my journey. Uneven odds and handicapped by a less efficient ship than those here. This should be an interesting moment. Who is this? Especially this close to Bandomeer. This should be either Sith or Jedi space. This must be pirates.

Trying the hyperdrive once more, Koth quickly realized that he was unable to use it and placed his hands around the controls with a more comfortable grip. His ship may be older than any of the vessels out here against him, but he knew every square inch of it and how to maneuver this relic of a time long gone.

Karim Tal'zayd had been essentially floating through space for a good while, unsure what to do. Since his sudden departure from Dathomir, he had not the slightest clue where to head. He had became affiliated with the One Sith, a good start it seemed, and decided to head to Korriban, a planet that was basically sacred to the Sith. Perhaps he could gain guidance there.

Karim arrived without much trouble. As he exited the stolen ship and stepped on to the dusty red planet, he experienced multiple emotions, feelings, and anomalies within the force. He felt excited to be on Korriban, a great Sith planet, but he felt a disturbance. He felt a strong force user of the dark side somewhat close. Karim could tell he was in some danger, and that was bothersome, but he felt pride in his force powers getting stronger by the day.

Karim could not see far from where he stood, but he started walking.
