A company's interests.

The doppelgangers Lament came soaring out of hyperspace near the asteroid base, it's captain having ordered the powering down of all weapons to show peaceful intentions. "This is the Doppelgangers Lament carrying the representative from ZTI." It's captain said as he looked towards his boss, Darth Erebos, as he sat on the command chair wearing a business suit that allowed him to hide his lightsaber in the jacket pocket.
Erebos wasn't a fool he wouldn't come alone and unarmed even though this faction had asked for a peaceful negotiations with his company. 'Who knows maybe they actually are going to do this peacefully.' He thought but then saw the four Victory-II class stardestroyers and the flag ship, Victory-I class, hovering around the base.

The main control room of Asteroid Base Alpha was busy like normal. Two officers would reach down, turning the comlink lightly. A message would be relayed around the room, the male stood in the center nodding lightly. He would turn, arms crossed behind his back. Grand Admiral Jayden Sanders would step from his platform, nodding to the officers. The officers would relay a message back to the Doppelgangers Lament. The ship would be told to follow a small squadron of Tie Fighters down into a landing hanger.

Grand Admiral Sanders would leave the main control room, three storm troopers stepping to his side to flank him. They would carry weapons, each one with their weapon on show. Grand Admiral Sanders would lead his troopers into an elevator, listening to it as it took the four men up to the surface level. Men would part as the four stepped from the elevator and they would continue to part as Grand Admiral Sanders lead his guard down the corridors to the main hanger.

They would wait by the boarding ramp of The Doppelgangers Lament, ready and waiting to talk.

The landing shuttle that embarked from the Doppelgangers lament soon followed the escort and landed in the designated hangar. As the landing ramp lowered Erebos walked out of the shuttle with a datapad under his arm as well as sunglasses over his eyes to hide his useless eyes. Erebos looked over the storm troopers then towards [member="Jayden Sanders"], not a force user among them. No matter he wasn't here as a sith, he was here as the CEO of his company.
"Mister Sanders?" He asked the grand admiral as he walked up to him calmly and reached his hand out in a handshaking gesture. "My name is T'zanith Zebron, I'm the representative from Zuguruk Tyûk Industries but if you wouldn't mind that for future reference we could call the company ZTI."

He wore a long dress jacket that reached to his knees over the business suit that billowed a little as excess steam escaped the shuttle behind him and he took out the datapad. "I was informed that you had a contract proposition for ZTI so as a representative of the company I have come to discuss details." He said as he gave a ceremonious and gracious bow. Even though he was the owner of the company he hadn't gotten a good contractor that would satisfyingly present the company.

Jayden nodded lightly, the soldiers holding weapons at an angle pointed up towards the sky. A show of respect that was drilled into them during their training. The male would step down from the shuttle, sunglasses across his eyes. Jayden would shake his head slightly, ordering the soldiers to stand at ease as the male began to talk. As if at once, the soldiers would drop their right arms to the side, guns pointed at the floor. The left hand would come up in a salute once, before dropping to the side and the legs being parted at shoulder width.

"Please, if you'd follow me."

Jayden and the guard would lead the representative through the halls of Asteroid Base Alpha, taking the long route to the main meeting and briefing room to tour the asteroid with the representative but also to skip the corridors and guns currently under construction. A trooper would step from the group, opening the door. Jayden would lead the representative inside, ordering the guards to stand outside. Upon taking a seat, he would begin to speak.

"Allow us to begin"

T'zanith nodded to the Admiral and followed after him through the winding corridors. He suspected it was to avoid showing him sections either still under construction or less savory than they would like to put on show for new arrivals or delegates. Once inside the meeting and briefing room T'zanith placed his datapad on the table and looked towards [member="Jayden Sanders"] and nodded. "Yes by all means lets begin. I wasn't informed on all the details but what I was told is that you had an interest in becoming the first contract with a subsidiary in the making, the weapons and armor manufacturing of ZTI?" He said as he took a seat opposite Jayden.

"Weapons and armor, of course. As you can tell by my soldiers, we are all under equipped here. We are using old storm trooper armor and weapons out of date in the galaxy. I want to sign a contract that gives your subsidiary a reason to exist. We will supply designs that we need you to make into real armor or real weapons. However, you will be given free rights to work with anyone else you wish, build us whatever you wish so long as what you build is aimed at the storm trooper style."

He coughed lightly, eyes darting around the room. He would reach into a small bag down by his chair, taking hold of a datapad. He'd prewritten the contract upon it, and he would double check his writing before sliding the contract across the desk to the male sat across from him. He would eye it lightly, his own signature all ready on the contract. He was ready to make this official.

"Any questions?"

[member="Darth Erebos"]

"Yes, The designs you supply me I would like to get a look at them as some of them might inspire some other armor or weapon designs that would be put on the public market. Secondly can I use some of the less stormtrooper style armors or weapons that you supply me for either sale or the tactical teams that will be working for this subsidiary. This subsidiary will not only manufacture weapons and armors but also supply ZTI with internal security forces."

T'zanith was calm as he spoke to [member="Jayden Sanders"] and picked up the offered datapad and began to read through it to make sure both parties were not getting veritably shafted so to speak. "Secondly will you provide the materials required for the armors as well?"

He shook his head lightly, eyes flashing around the room. He had no reason to keep this meeting up, it was becoming a chore. He was being expected to care and provide materials to a company who was meant to be building armor? That's where he drew the line, he'd just pay extra. He couldn't even be bothered to deal with it any-more, it was becoming a chore.

"Materials are your area. I will supply all of the funding, but you source the materials. To answer your question prior to that, use the armor wherever you wish, I don't plan on holding your company by a collar. Any prototypes or failed sets of armor can be used however and wherever you wish, they are of no concern to me"

All he needed to do was sign.

[member="Darth Erebos"]

At that T'zanith smiled and placed his hand against the datapad. "Well then I can understand that. I will provide the materials and build according to your designs and in return I would like to get to review your armors to make sure they live up to the standards of ZTI as well as would like the right to any prototypes or failed sets of armors that won't be going anywhere within your faction, Admiral [member="Jayden Sanders"] if that is acceptable to you I will now sign this contract." He said as he waited for the admiral to give the conformation. The man was a man of few words but he could already feel his irritation over the tediousness of the meeting.
'Welcome to my daily life pal.' T'zanith thought as small meetings like this were very common in his day to day running of ZTI.
