A Duel Between Warriors

Alexandra Feanor

The Lady in Silver/Grey Historian
Alexandra sat silently in her circle of stones, eyes closed with the sound of the nearby waterfall overpowering against the sound of her own thoughts. She was thinking on where he life would go from here, and what it is that she wanted for the future, she had an extensive library of knowledge and dozen of Datapads filled with her personal finds from the ruins that she always found time and opportunity to explore. She was curious though what more she could learn about the force and about the powers that she could find and learn. @[member="Xander Carrick"]

I roamed on a lone world. Void of life for kilometers. Only to wonder why the industry of the Galaxy had not taken this place over? I truly wondered why. I didn't wish for it to be taken over, for it was beauty beyond measure. I just wondered on life as it was in the Galaxy. I walked in my uniform. Not that of the Fel Imperium, but mostly that of their colors of grey and black.

On my belt were two sabers, on my thigh that of a heavy blaster pistol. Zooming around on my PTS-2 speeder, the military model of the personal transport. I then slowed down as I could clearly feel that of a force signature. Though it was not that of a very powerful user, but that of a Neutral force user. I smiled, this would be a chance for me to bring one of the roaming force users into the group that I followed. We needed more people, but despite this, I slowed the speeder down.

Talking myself off of the bike, I then walked over to my right and out into an open area where a woman sat alone in a circle of stones. From this distance, I tried to speak in a clear voice, "Hello, may I ask why you are all alone here?"

Alexandra looked up from where she sat, her eyes slowly tracing the edge of the forest that surrounded her to find @[member="Xander Carrick"] standing there before she raised a brow and spoke in a soft, kind tone that was only loud enough to reach him. A Kind smile accompanied it but behind the smile and tone, her eyes betrayed a bit of curiosity and her inquisitive nature. Already several questions came to her, 'Who was he, why was he here, does he know who i am?'. These questions sounded like trumpets while she spoke with different words, answering him in that soft kind tone. "Oh, me? Because i dont have anywhere to be and no one to be around, that is the joy of seclusion, no?" @[member="Xander Carrick"]

I smiled as she also had questions for myself. Posing that this is what seclusion was about. But she looked more of the word "recluse." I walked towards her as I spoke back, "Sometimes it is good to be alone. Others may not be." My hands went to my sides letting them rest and my elbows bent out to my sides. "But tell me Ma'am, of where you are from? because a lady like yourself, surely was not raised up on a planet secluded like this." I knew that she was of no alignment, but I would try diplomatic solutions first.

Either you are with the Fel or against the Fel.

"Secluded, that is something i have always been in thought and physical placement. Here though, no this has only recently become my home and oh how i love such a serene place, it lets me study and think on the universe and the nature of the gift that both you and I possess." She smiled, knowing he was force sensitive, she could sense it and even then the sabers were a dead give away. Her eyes watched him carefully though, thinking to herself while also showing she was curious in him as well. "What is your name?" @[member="Xander Carrick"]

I smiled as she looked me over after speaking. Telling a tale of how this was her new home and was here to have "alone time" really she may also be running from people, or something that was from her past. I had seen it before, and had to deal with it myself. Even a young-ling like myself had problems with things such as this. "My name is Xander. And yours if I may ask?"

"Alexandra Cinthra, Rogue Force User of the Galaxy, im sure you havent heard of me and all my great achievements." Her tone was joking, especially on the last part of that about her 'great achievements'. After all, the only thing she'd ever done is run and thats all she ever does, run and fight only to find more danger in this hell bent Galaxy. Her smiled didnt waver though, kind and calm with her silvered eyes that were light and soft. @[member="Xander Carrick"]

I smiled and shook my head as I made my way closer to her. "No I have not my fair lady, but I hope to."

I then stopped about 5 meters from her. Still her sitting there I decided to ask. "I work for a group of people, And well, since you are a rogue force user, I would like to ask if you would join us. We don't see the force as a side, but rather a tool to be used. I see alot of potential of you being with us, and that is why I ask." I knelt down duing my little rendition of joining the Fel Imperium. but I had my doubts of this woman, Alexandria.

Alexandra smiled and listened silently, giving him the curtesy that he deserved for being so forward about what he was proposing. Once he was done Alexandra just leaned forward onto her hands and looked straight at him before speaking only one, flat, calm, word that rang in her ears and in the stillness of the area. "No." She didnt move, didnt flinch, just sat there with her chin on her hands, her silver eyes resting on him, and not a care showing on her face. @[member="Xander Carrick"]

I smiled as she said no with such a tone that voiced her mind would not be changed. Standing up, I nodded my head. "Well if you wont join..." I drew my lightsaber and pressed on the activation thumb that allowed the yellow blade to ignite into it's glory of a weapon. "Then I will have to dispose of you." Suddenly the rocks around the woman lifted up and were thrown at her, as I had not lifted a single hand to move them. TK a power that I knew very little about than that of other Force users.

She jumped up as the stones collided below her and grabbed her sabers from her side before landing on teh stones that now sat there together. "Bad idea..." She jumped at him, igniting her blades but aiming for the area behind him as she tried to land there, of course he would have plenty of time to counter this but if he did not she would turn and cut at his back. They wouldnt be deep cuts, but ones that would cause him some pain for trying to kill her. @[member="Xander Carrick"]

I smiled as the woman jumped. Already it was looking up for me. I simply took a step forwards and brought my saber behind me at and angle. Blocking the sabers with ease without even looking. I then spun around to my left, where I had no weapon, but rather came in for a force push, and then rushed after her with an upper cut. Either this would be a quick battle or a very long one. Really, I hoped that it would have been a long one.

Her sabers found the uppercut as she trapped the blade in the V of her blades as she crossed them, once in that V she started sliding her blades up the length of his and tried to take off a finger of two, his force push had hit her but she recovered enough to make blocking the saber possible. While her blades traveled up the length of his she didnt look at his blade, no she looked at his eyes and his feet, those would be the best indicators of what he planned to do next and she would need to stay on top of her game if she was able to survive this without a dismemberment. @[member="Xander Carrick"]

I smiled brightly as her sabers began to move towards my hand. I looked back into her eyes as she did to me, and without a look anywhere else, My saber shut off. Letting the pressure of the two lightsabers on my own stop. Possibly causing an unbalance for the woman, What she didn't see was that my left hand had drawn my lightsaber as she was looking at my eyes and my feet.

The pure white blade came to life, having a flame like effect instead of the general aura of normal lightsabers. It came to be thrust out at the woman as my yellow lightsaber was then turned back on to come to cut at her left arm. Despite ether of those strikes being successful or not, I kicked out with my right foot towards her chest.

She let out a silent scream as she tried to block both sabers, one searing her left arm to a degree before she was kicked back and fell due to her unbalance. This was bad, she hadn't expected a battle like this, and after the recent series of injuries she would not be able to hold up against this kind of punishment for long. Gripping her blades tight she send a wave of force energy at his feet before he could strike her to trip him or stop him incase he tried to end it right then and there before pushing herself off the ground and taking a defensive stance now. @[member="Xander Carrick"]

Oh now with the force powers. I smiled as she was kicked back a ways, and sent a force wave. Trying to keep me at a distance since she now knew that I was good with lightsabers. Once more my lightsabers shut off as I ran towards her. Using my powers of TK, I held my body to the ground and headed shoulder first through the blast. I was slowed down drastically but not enough to cause my body to fly back. By making my body as small as a target as possible, I avoided most of the blast.

My white chrome lightsaber hilt was put on my belt as I began to run at her again. Using my yellow lightsaber as it was now active once more. I came in with a ruthles onslaught of attacks. Switching from the normal grip to that of a reverse grip. I came in and strike out at her from left to right, and my simply changing my grip on the hilt once more, my second attack came in quicker than normal. This time from right to left. Swiftly followed in the same fashion with another upper cut.

She breathed in and augmented her speed as best she can, channeling the bit of force energy she could into her arms, matching his strike with hers as her hands twisted her blades in a quick fluid fashion, his relentless strikes crashing hard against her own blades as they were crossed in a X again. Pushing off Alexandra sent her right blade to strike at his left leg and his left blade to stab centermass at his gut. @[member="Xander Carrick"]

With my attack run ending at a point with my uppercut, she came in to strike at my leg, Even though I had lower than normal force powers, I somehow had a sense of oncoming attacks. It helped me very much with my laser sword combat, and I could easily defend against it, my left hand shot out, using a force push to send the lightsaber blade coming for my leg out of its path and hit into the ground inches from my foot. My saber hand suddenly changed direction with a flick of my wrist smacked the oncoming saber away from my chest.

As she was using the force to speed up her reaction time, and I was not, her blade grazed across my chest leaving a cut across the center of my stomach and ending off to my left side of my side. My left hand then sent another force push to make her back off from me, even then, I jumped back I then looked a single glance down at my stomach and the burning in my side, I hurt, but not as bad it was going to be after my adrenaline was gone from my bloodstream, I then lifted my head up and smiled, "I expected more."

With force speed now running throughout my body, I launched myself a her, bringing a rain of blows with one saber. Coming at her right shoulder then her left leg, stab at her chest, followed by a strike to her right leg then left shoulder and right shoulder again.

Alexandra was pushed back and for a singular moment she thought that she had one, that was until he spoke and then even worse was the fact that he charged now augmenting his speed. His blows came one after the other, her arms catching teh first with her right blade than the next with her left, moving from one strike to another as she blocked nearly all of them... nearly... As she moved to block the last one she was a moment to late and the blade plunged into her shoulder and seared the flesh and bone, causing her to cry out in utter pain before she swung her blade up to sever his arm that was holding the blade. All control on her emotions stopped and fear, pain, and agony erupted all at once as it swirled around her uncontrolled and falling off her in waves. @[member="Xander Carrick"]

I was done with this woman. She clearly was not cut out for that of the Fel. Or the Knights. I decided that soon this would be the end. Her saber came at my own arm after mine had cut at hers. Though she had the force within her, She would not be hitting me as harshly with the injured arm. The attack was blocked and commenced a saber lock. "You had so much potential, just for it to be wasted."

I sent my left hand to grab at her saber, and with the limited powers of Shatterpoint, broke the casing of the lightsaber that was in a lock with me. THe thing about lightsabers, is that it is held together by its crystal, and the surrounding parts. If the outside is broken, then the saber simply comes apart in pieces. With her no longer having two sabers, I swung my saber at her chest, simply across from left to right.
