A Farewell to the Past.

Alexandra Feanor

The Lady in Silver/Grey Historian
[member="Strask Ak'lya"]

Alexandra had cut herself off from the worlds of the galaxy, having turned her mind to studies, her home, and her garden where her tree remains. The connection between her and the past along with a few individuals who would know of her home. She wondered about those people sometimes. Her first thoughts went to Veino, Krest, Minna, Avedia, Strider, and Vulpesen. Not only them but her family too, remembering the now lost members that left her to have wept in the months after shutting out the galaxy. Now she replaced those with her studies and the creatures that called her home theirs.

She had this nagging feeling, something she forgot or needed to end sometimes. At times it was a wanting to find her family once more, at other times it was to correct her mistakes and wipe clean her old order. Sometimes she found herself wanting to reform the order, to revive it and create a new group. Failure was likely to follow in all those ventures, the failure that came with her actions time and time again but she had come to accept that weakness.

Which is why she simply sat in her garden, tending to her flowers and feeding the tree that marked the center of an ever present and growing nexus. Time and time again people would find her sitting there, defending and feeding her spirit and power into it. The creation of the tree and the nexus around it calmed her and made her feel much younger, even if the new body didn't already do that on its own. It being above the treeline also helps, creating a place where she can look out at the mountains or climb into the tops and see the stars when night crawls across the ceiling of the world.

Her smile wavered as she felt someone coming closer, a feeling she hadn't had for a number of years now and a feeling she actually welcome to her home despite the way their last meeting ended.
