I needed two crystals. Both of them were of the same name and origin. Once used by a family that was long forgotten, I intended to restart that legacy, only with my own. I have been running from my responsibilities for far to long. I had feared what was possible, but could not look past that to see how I could overcome that fear. A fear of a loved one. To do that, I needed to prepare myself and others for the coming war that I was going to start between myself, and the Galaxy. A war that would only end when my namesake had died out and was gone from existence.
Riding my Nexu speeder, I zoomed over the sands of Tatooine. I had three lightsabers on my belt, as well as my Echani Vibrosword. Very long, almost five feet in length, It was my primary weapon from now on. Sabers were something that everyone used. I was going to become a changed man. And to do that, I would use my heritage of an Echani to back myself. I drove the speeder with my blade on my back. Thin and very agile, I could feel the wind resisting my forward motion as I moved towards the system of caves that were rumored to be filled with crystals that I could use for my lightsabers. I would fix them up and refurbish them to prepare.
It took me only two minutes to reach the cave system. But even then, it took me another minute to get of my speeder bike. I just looked at the opening of the cave. Wondering if the information I received was true. Standing up, I turned off my speeder and vaulted my leg over to stand correctly. With my left hand I drew the sword from over my back. I had no clue on what resides inside. Walking forward, I could feel the crunching of the sand under my black boots as I moved towards the dark opening.
