• Mobile artificial intelligence apart from droid brains will not be approved; no Cortana knockoffs.

Most current clause, found in the Restricted Items page:

Possible solutions:

• Remove the first clause from the rules, as newer policy has been put into practice; the first clause is obsolete.
• Remove the Cortana line and add the words 'except as specified in the Restricted Items page' or something to the same effect.
• Jon, shut up and take that LOA already.

I suggest removing contradictory Factory rules related to droids and simply do what always should be done ( and requires no rules ); if you don't like it, deny it.
