If you are an apprentice or a knight, and you go around using the Darth name. I will personally beat you with your own severed limbs. I'm tired of seeing Darths that are only apprentices and knights with little to no renown in the Empire. Therefore, I'm going to make it my duty to enforce that the Darth name is reserved only for master-level Sith, and can only be given to a master by one of the three Sith Lords, or the Sith Emperor.
No exceptions.
