A little bit of Healing

Alright yes, I am a warrior at heart, but because o the last few battles that I have been in, I, or someone else on my team, had been injured, and so I was wanting to learn how to heal myself, and others to an extent. Because well it never hurts to know how to heal someone when your Healer class is not there supporting you! lol.

If anybody can help me with this that would be great.
