Ord Mantell.
The last time he'd been here, he'd been a padawan and the galaxy had been thrown into chaos by a series of unexpected events; the Xanatos Crisis, the Mandalorian Civil War, Stark Hyperspace War and, consequently, the death of Grandmaster Tyvokka.
Which, it was strange to think back and realize how long past those days were. He wasn't a padawan anymore. He'd had two padawans of his own in the time between. The young Jedi wanted to believe that it had only been twenty or twenty-five years. Instead, he was still coming to grips with the reality that those events had transpired nearly 900 years ago.
Especially being that the small Anzat looked like he was all of 10 years old.
Which was true, from a certain point of view.
Looking out at the spaceport, it was easy to want to believe that nothing had changed. Ord Mantell looked now much as it had then. So it was with nostalgia that the child turned back, as though hoping to see a Thisspiasian Jedi waiting somewhere for him. He still remembered when he had come here with his master. And he still missed the presence of no truer friend.
Hooking his thumbs under the straps of the backpack that he wore, as though he were a school boy, the small Jedi went plodding through the busy starport. Because this was a jungle expedition, he'd left the signature robes of the Jedi behind. Those would have just wound up getting snagged on stuff. Instead, he wore an emerald green tunic -- much as he had as a Jedi hopeful, which only made him look the part of a youngling apprenticed to the Jedi. The tell-tale weapon of his Order hung from off his belt, though what might have set him apart was the small HSB blaster decorating his drab brown trousers, secured against his thigh in a drop-leg holster.
As he arrived at the docking bay, the child-knight looked up to see a transport waiting. Jogging forward, he caught up with a teenaged girl in Mandalorian style armor. Though, it was much more colorful than any armor he'd seen before.
"Hi!"
Calling out to the taller girl, the small boy fell into step beside her as he walked toward the transport.
"I like your armor," the tow-headed youth opined brightly, as he smiled up at her. He'd heard that the expedition was open to more than the Jedi. Were the Mandalorians participating as well?
"Are you going to Agmar too?"
