I’m completely new to RP. In fact, I think this is my first time really even using a forum. I’ve been writing for a long number of years but love the idea of actually making my characters interactable and thought I might give this a shot.
I’ve spent some time doing a bit of reading and trying to grasp how things work, though it’s an awful lot to take in. Trying to come up with a history for my character is proving to be an interesting challenge when I’m not yet familiar with factions, laws, locations, lore, etc., or just a basic knowledge of how things work, but I’m getting there. Thinking I may start with a character who’s background has been very sheltered and isolated so when she makes her way out into the galaxy, she’ll be as lost and confused as I am.
Anyways, figured I should take a break from lurking to say a quick hello! I’m looking forward to getting started and meeting some awesome folks along the way!
