A Master blade for a Lord

Darth Valdra had recently delivered a good amount of Songsteel that he had acquired. Lanax would take this rare metal and mix it with other metals to make a blade unlike any other he ever made. For this he would forge and craft the blade in the style of how they made blades in the olden days. He laid out the ingredients. He laid the songsteel out along with Lignan Crystal with Veshok to make the hilt. He looked at the ingredients and sighed, this would be a long process.

Now the hard part was the blade length. The normal length of a katana was 60-73 cm. This blade was going to be 153.4 cm or 5 feet. The problem with the length was to keep it true to shape. Songsteel was a rare and beautiful metal and any flaw would not do the blade justice. Now that he had the materials laid out, he needed to get the tools. He was going to use hammers, a forge, and a large thing of premium oil that he would use to cool and treat the blade to make it hard. Now it was time to begin.
