A Meeting Of Minds (Sabrina/Invite)

Coruscant
The Obelisk - Titan Industries Headquarters

Tsavong looked out the window of the top floor of the Titan Industries corporate headquarters as he crossed his four arms within his cloak. He turned to see his secretary standing there, ready to deliver him the news.

"Your guest, [member="sabrina"], is here for talks."

Tsavong walked back to his desk and pressed the buzzer button for the front desk down in the lobby.

"Send her up."

The beast waited for Sabrina to show up.

Darth Banshee finally turned up, she was late but no too late. As she entered the office, she apologized for being late I am sorry, I am late. I got held up in traffic, and you know what the works is like. She made her way into the office, and waited to be given permission to sit down.
This creature was unusual member of the one sith, a vong she liked it. It meant the one sith where diversifying, and that could only be good thing for them as a whole. As bigger family meant a stronger family.

[member="Tsavong Kraal"]

Tsavong nodded in [member="Darth Banshee"]'s direction and stood as a sign of respect. He motioned towards the couch and nodded for them to be seated.

"Thanks for coming!" He grinned, leaning forward in his chair and paying Banshee the utmost attention. "I'm eager to see how productive we can become together."

So am I. Anything to advance our course. I figured on the bigger ships we could pool resources. Also I do make a matrix veneer that could be used on some of your small ships, but only minor production only it cost a fortune to make. Though when company expanded, I may be able to produce it bigger quantities. My current avenue though it discover every thing about anti matter. She gave him all her companies short term plans, in hopes he could work out where they could combine their efforts.

[member="Darth Banshee"]

"I would be very interested in purchasing your matrix veneer in bulk for use in our products," Tsavong gleemed. "As well as employing your company to do shipyard work on our ships and other One Sith ships, in a joint-force contract of equal value to both companies. This would ensure that company costs would be shouldered by both of our esteemed entities, splitting the cost down the middle and sharing work forces."

He raised an eyebrow.

"I suggest...a ten year time frame, until contract's end. Naturally, I would ask that this incurs a fifty percent reduction in price from all purchased material from you for the duration of that time frame. Does your company specialize in the mining industry at all? Titan Industries is looking forward to expanding in that market as well."

She listened to [member="Tsavong Kraal"] his plan made sense, though to give him that much matrix veneer. The company would have to expand, just to meet his demand. No I don`t have any mining facilities yet, I am mainly recycling old ships. Which we have a lot off, using that as raw materials for know. As for bulk purchases of that item, I have not got the facilities to do that yet. Though if you are going put in advanced order in for that item, I am sure we come to some arrangement. For our mutual benefit, of course. Ten year plan also sounds good for me too. Though I do have one project I may need help on, and you may have the resources to begin it design. I am trying make anti matter warheads. This for torpedoes and a shaped charged mine. The torpedo is self explanatory, the mine would be used to get troops into enemy ships. By blowing a hole into their outer hull, and then getting them in. Se told him current R&D plans in hopes he may be able to help her on them.

[member="Darth Banshee"]

"Naturally," he said in response to the procurement of advance materials. "I won't expect shipments immediately. But I will expect the shipments. We'll purchase an advance order and ask for more government funds in procuring future resources for the construction of mining facilities. A part of this contract can detail that Titan Industries can provide the materials necessary for you to build these mining facilities.

As for your torpedoes, I'm sure we can work on this as part of the contract in the future. For now, allocation of resources is paramount to our doing business together."

Actually I have better Idea. As she said it her smile broaden with idea that entered her head. She then continued, We could merge. She then elaborated why it would be good idea, If we combine production, as one company. We could build bigger ships for our navy, due to our combined work force. Also I could do with extra resources, so we can the anti matter research underway. I have the plans, but not the time to commit to them. She then showed him, her company assets. She had space station being produced, for off world construction of the devices and ships. She anti matter being produced form modified, refueling stations. As well as a research station set up for it. I just don`t have the time to oversee it all, and getting on with it. Though with you and some more people at the helm, I am sure we could. She then lent back in her chair, and waited for [member="Tsavong Kraal"] to reply to her suggestion.

Tsavong raised an eyebrow. A merge? Surely this would be of mutual benefit to both parties, with Titan Industries catching a lot of wind to it's sails on it's way to proper company growth.

"Agreed, I will give you 1% stock with a seat on the Board of Directors."

He smiled, as it were. The creature studied Sabrina for a bit and continued to elaborate.

"Though a wholesome merge would not be in my interests. A continuous merge would not be to our interests, either of us. I suggest that, as part of this faux pas merge, that your company move in as a subsidiary of Titan Industries - allowing my complete oversight of your sector. This would alleviate you of direct management, but still place you both in a place of power among your company and my own. If you find this is to your liking, your 1% gain in stock will make you the second wealthiest member of Titan Industries... followed by myself, of course."

He sat solemn and awaited [member="Darth Banshee"]'s response.

She looked at the vong, and she liked his terms. It would mean Krayt Industries would continue, whilst she devoted more time to training. She had been lax of late, due to life getting in the way. This business for starters, the war. Also her question about mandalorians what did she do wrong. It had vexed her mind, and it kept going round in circles. Though she had plan to find the answer know, though she had to make sure this lose end was sorted first.

She extend her hand to [member="Tsavong Kraal"], and then said Agreed, though I would like you to appoint some one if possible to give oversight to the company if I am absent. Due to training or the war, or anything else what may happen.

"Done," he claimed, shaking her hand gently. Tsavong, if anything, was aware of his overbearing size and how to treat those with respect who were reasonably smaller. "I will take temporary oversight privileges unto myself until a claimant is found that fulfills my expectations. I assure you, Krayt Industries is in more than capable..." He extended his four arms and hands, motioning to the Sith with pleasure. "...hands." It was a lame joke, but atleast it demonstrated that the Yuuzhan Vong wasn't all fear and power. He had a sense of humor, too, and more than capable of demonstrating it.

"I think, however, your contract should stipulate a limited amount of stock assigned to myself should you decide to take the reigns back. This would ensure that while I would be paid for my services, you would still retain overall controll of the subsidiary in the case you wish to separate once again."
