As you all have seen, there are tags out there for 'Jedi Marshal', 'Commander,' and 'Governor.'
These tags are to recognize people in each branch of our faction, New Jedi Order, and civil service. They are earned by merit and are the Galactic Alliance's way of recognizing people who have been doing a lot of work in the faction, from an IC and OOC stand point.
Today, we'd like to give the tag of Commander to [member="Rook"] who has been with us from the beginning and has been doing a lot of work to bring in new activity and help the Alliance.
So... Congratulations!
ICly, this basically means that he's one of the people that the Supreme Commander has recognized the service of Rook as a character, its like a 'here is a medal, but you're also expected to be a shining example of our military.'
