A New Day, A Darker Day

The Force Ghost of Hasjo Hallu held the ability to travel instantaneously to anywhere in the known galaxy. Where there was The Force, it was within his grasp. He had travelled to the heart of One Sith territory, unannounced and his presence unknown. Or so he had thought. He was where once stood the Temple of Coruscant. Memories still returned to him of that fateful day. Where his destiny would be forever sealed. Thought to be dead, the Silver Jedi hinged on the cusp of life and death.

He would recover, but he was not the same man. Once open and outgoing, he had become reclusive. He shied from public meetings and often spent his time away from the Temples. He was obsessed with halting the Sith advance, tracking down their mightiest warriors and engaging in fierce combat. One man had not been enough, and in the end he had perished. He wondered if anything could be changed. He stalked this blasted terrain, to find something. Yet he knew not what he was searching for.

Something within the center of the temple called to the specter. Something deep within, a woman, sitting cross legged in her place. Her face was impassive and calm, her eyes were hidden by bright red eyelids that seemed flicker slightly as time went on. Her skin was smooth, despite the age of the one who wore it.

Around her was a swirling mass of power.

A torrent of the Darkside seemed to sail around around the woman. Strength untold folded and shifted about her, moving and forming into a living aura that sailed about in a tight orb. Just outside that orb stood a man, a Sith Pureblood from Tantorous. The man had no force ability, but for what Mierin wanted, for what she had been tasked to do by the Great Lord such things wouldn't matter.

She called to him.

Called to the specter.

A lingering power tugged at his mind. Curiosity built upon him. He vanished and reappeared before Darth Mierin, looking down upon the cross-legged woman. Though he made his presence not known, choosing not to take a form. The Nautolan smiled, if only he had the power to reach out and kill her. The troubles of countless innocents, and their sorrows would be avenged. The Sith Hunter felt no pity for her, only a desire for justice to be served. Yet there was something distinctly different about this room. He could feel the ebb and flow of tremendous amounts of cosmic energies. The presence of the Force was unnaturally strong here.

He glanced to his right, noticing the Sith Pureblood. It was curious most indeed, but a sinking feeling pierced his gut. The power was intense around Mierin, and the Sith Pureblood seemed all but accepting of the strange ritual, albeit he took no part in it from first inspection. Something told Hasjo he should leave, but he dare not leave. To watch such an occurrence, and the ability to warn others was in his grasp. Yet it would take a great deal of power to do so. Hasjo had never been strong in the Force, but his beliefs in the unifying force and his persistence to anchor himself to the physical world was enough for him to produce himself as a Force Ghost.

He wondered if somehow they knew he was here. If they could sense him.

Mierins lips tightened, then curled into a smile.

The whirling mass of Darkside energy suddenly squirmed in the room, shifting and moving about, then it constricted. Almost instantly all the power within the room shrunk and squished together, it formed an orb, changing itself and creating an entrapping bubble around herself, the other Sith Pureblood, and the ghost.

It happened so instantly that only a blink would have passed. All of the power would flood in nearly an instant, and as soon as the bubble was forged Mierins eyes popped open, bright yellow giving off a contrasting glow.

“Hello.” Her voice resonated.
