The council reaching out was a rare thing, especially to someone like Spencer. They had many run ins that never ended well for either side and she figured this was the council's way of getting her back for the broken window her and Ashin had broken through to escape them. Upon entering the enclave she met with one of the Masters in charge.
“She's extremely empathic, such as yourself.” The older woman spoke as she described the Padawan to the blonde. A heavy sigh followed and Spencer quickly picked up on it. She knew that sigh, it was the sigh that she often received when she was originally training with the Jedi Order of old. Think pressed lips showed Spencer's disapproval of how they were handling the young Padawan. “You think after twenty something years you guys would have figured something out. People like me, hyper sensitive empaths aren't a bad thing.” The older Jedi stiffened as she knew where Spencer was going with this.
“No, not a bad thing, but you have done terrible things.” A grin and a shrug, “Maybe the Order shouldn't have forced my hand then.” Furrowed brows and a hand waved, “This is not the place to have this conversation Ms. Jacobs.”
“It's Mrs. Varanin, now where's the girl?” Spencer took a slight joy out if the old woman’s unsurprised yet frustrated features. Ashin Varanin had scooped Spencer from the Order and made the girl into the woman she was today. In a sense, Spencer had decided to do the same to this girl. “Right this way…” the pair moved down the hallway, the Queen of Eshan receiving stares from former peers and those that had heard the tales of the former First Apprentice to Darth Desmus. “We’ve kept-” Spencer quickly interrupted. “You've kept her like a prisoner in her room, lovely - Guess time doesn't change things.”
Another groan and the council member felt as if this was a terrible idea. “No dar-” Spencer stopped in front of the room where she felt the swirl of emotions and the Force. “You called me to train her - I will teach her the things she wants to learn - she will learn everything I know. Do not dictate my teachings - it's obvious you have no clue how to handle someone with a precious gift. Now leave me with my student - good bye.” The Jedi made leave and Spencer opened the door.
“Hello, my name is Spencer and you are?” [member="Skyler Swaffer"]
