A New Military - Intelligence unit in play.

I've kept them small, for two reasons, 1 so we can roleplay their development and 2, so I didn't say hey look here is 1000 new men at the push of my button

The military unit, at its current size i'd like kei to eventually lead, in time, for now he's just acting out the role as a paddi under the eye of any Master, Admiral or General that wants in.
The intelligence unit it'd make more sense for a senator, general, admiral, or high ranking Jedi etc to lead directly IC. So that's open for you to drop by. It needs tact though ooc, working OOC with factions you might be against IC. If you think that's you drop on by for plotting!
