Switchblade Renegade
As many of you know, the Rimward Trade League was the most recent faction to hold down the fort in the Outer Rim, preceded by other greatly successful groups like the Outer Planet Alliance. In the wake of RTL's IC downfall and the spreading of the Sith Order in the galactic southwest, it seems quite appropriate that a new coalition of Outer Rim worlds would band together in former RTL space to redefine themselves and protect their systems from invasion, enslavement, or destruction.
Hence, my dilemma. I've been toying back and forth with what aesthetic and vibe to go with for a new Light-side, yet still overtly neutral, Outer Rim faction. I have narrowed down to two ideas, each of them similar enough to capture the same crowd of characters and push similar narratives, but still different enough that I feel led to post this interest check and allow you as the Chaos community to decide how this faction will present itself. The options are:
I would greatly appreciate your time in selecting one path or the other. The faction will be created one way or the other, with the more popular direction taking the reigns and dictating what kind of force rises in the Outer Rim.

The options are:
DOCTRINE
A unified front consisting of industrialists, RTL military remnants, and volunteer PMCs fighting to establish a new order in the Outer Rim
or
A coalition of spacers, migrant fleets, and independent systems seeking to restore the free republic they once had in the Outer Rim
AESTHETICS
Canon CIS. Battle droids, industrial magnates, pragmatic tactics
or
Canon Rebel Alliance. Ragtag rebels, freedom fighters, inspo from the Freestar Collective (Starfield)
FORCE ORDERS
In both directions, the primary Force order will be the canon sect known as the Jensaarai (see here). They are grey/neutral in general, with these key differences:
CIS Jensaarai would reject the title of Jedi and be more dogmatic/nationalized in practice (think Imperial Knights)
or
OSA Jensaarai would work more willingly with outside Force orders and play more freelance roles, as they did in the RTL
CAPITAL WORLD
The CIS would begin on Pantora and expand upward.
or
The OSA would begin on Kabal and expand westard.
