A New Puzzle

Well, as Ashin so rarely gets to indulge in these fun little games as she is often the mastermind behind making them, I figured it only fair to set out on my own to make a puzzle to be solved.

Much like the last one, this is a journey across the galaxy. This one will be longer, and will need a detailed knowledge of the board's history to solve. And you'll need to solve all twenty-five points to lay claim to the biggest prize.

I don't need a new hat... Mine is better!

Also, 'detailed knowledge' locks out most of the board, I guess.

No hat is better than my hat. This is fact.

As well, not at all. As the first puzzle has shown, groups of people can put their heads together to solve the puzzle. I've worked hard to ensure that there are many different aspects to the puzzle, diversity, to encourage cooperation.

And just so no one tries to go "We all worked together", I am limiting group sizes to no more than three. Not much of a little competition if -everyone- is on one team.

So, basically, I can grab a couple of the officers I picked for my fleet, and see what we get?

Also, my hat is better. Can you do the James Bond thing with your hat?

Well much like Ashin's I'll look at it and have some fun. I got up to waypoint 7 but didn't really care about the prize. So bring it on

but if the final answer is somehow us needing to bleat into the negative pinkie pie will not be amused

It'll be handled much like the last one was. I'll post the series of waypoints, unnamed and with hints to their identity. It will be your job to decypher the name of the planet the waypoint is on. After you've figured it all out, you'll just PM your answer and I'll make a little post regarding the validity of your submitted answer.

I'm sorry... what? I wasn't involved in the last one so I'm completely new to this. For starters, where does this take place, that I can reference? Here? PM? IC? Sorry for not understanding this.

I'll post the thread. If folks want to, they can make a smattering of IC posts, showing their progression. But the answer to the puzzle should be PMed to me. As far as solving the puzzle goes, the puzzle requires OOC knowledge, but one can reasonably assume that the IC puzzle is different in design with the same end goals. It all works out. It's really just a fun little thing for folks to do.

Anyone want to team up with me? There are only 10 waypoints I have NO CLUE about. To give you an idea of what I know, I am unaware of the following Waypoints:

6. Waypoint Six: If the defenders had only played more Asteroids when they were a kid, this planet might not have fallen.
10. Waypoint Ten: It might have been hard to see the action, but this system saw a single Mandalorian attempt to hold off an entire Sith invasion force. He was believed dead at the conclusion of the battle.
11. Waypoint Eleven: If all worlds had literal names, you'd need a bath after visiting this planet.
14. Waypoint Fourteen: The strongest men in the galaxy lose the smallest of girls on this planet
16. Waypoint Sixteen: The galaxy learned to fear the past here, and the smallet of fighters triumphed over giants.
17. Waypoint Seventeen: Quick, take a shot of whiskey before it's gone. It never lasts long on this planet.
18. Waypoint Eighteen: Stars fall and heroes die on this world.
21. Waypoint Twenty-One: The first causality in the Republic's war against the Sith Empire wasn't even a Sith world.
23. Waypoint Twenty-Three: I put a spell on you, and now you're mine.
24. Waypoint Twenty-Four: The Boston Tea Party would probably get you killed here.
