A Street Performance

(I will be writing it as if the whole thing is Zaiden's performance)

Constant movement, hustle and bustle. That's a sign of mass population, like Val'hala or Coruscant. Such a massive variety of people and types dwell in these places, anything can happen there.

Such as Vokun striding slowly along a walkway on the latter of the mentioned planets. He was nowhere in particular, just walking, eyes moving slowly in a wide arc around himself. Over his shoulders he carried two separate bags, one a case for an instrument if one had a quick guess, the other looking like a large brief case.

Dressed casually, Vokun paused at a six way intersection. Setting down the instrument case first, he crouched too open the case. Inside of it was a beautiful violin, featuring an embossed, "May the Stars Enjoy Your Playing" along the aft. Delicately setting down the piece, he paused and removed the other bag from his shoulder next.

Piece after piece of equipment came from this case, all the while two people soon enough arrived with a speaker lugged between them. As he hooked the small table like equipment up, it became apparent this was a sound stage. It was an ancient design, iconic in its placement of dials, knobs, and displays. Lastly he set up a small screen with a keyboard connected.

Everything now set up and in place, Zaiden grabbed the beautiful violin and stepped ahead of the table he had set up. Taking bow in hand, he exhaled as he placed the string to strings.

Slowly he began to play. At first it was slow, delicate even. Artful in its display of his emotion and talent. It spoke of a sorrow and depression that most people could sense instantly. This was a man who feigned indifference to the worlds, the galaxy, life. But it all left its mark.

However as it continued on, soon enough he took a breath again, then ducked back. The bow continued its playing, while the violin hung suspended in the air. This was Zaiden James-Greyson, ex-Master of the Force, performer of grandeur. While his violin played, and people gathered, Zaiden moved back to the display of his computer and the equipment. With an expert touch he next began to play a hip hop tone to accentuate the growing tempo and beauty of his violin.

Coruscant
Koda was here almost all the time. Seemed to be ever since she was a little girl. She was born on Lothal, but the 18 year old seemed to always find her way back here. Something always drew her here. Today it seemed the force had been drawing her in. Koda walked into the town square to see a man setting up with a violin.. she loved the violin. She was a spunky and crazy girl, but she could still enjoy the simple things in life. Music was a thing she always had to have. It helped her keep a pace.

While she had been searching doe her brother, she had also still be searching for a master as well to help finish her training. She'd had some training with a master before he died, but now that he was gone she only wield her blade when in a small fight, to scare someone or eve when she was in an abandoned warehouse just practicing moves to music.

The young girl stayed in the shadows watching the man as he started to play music. Koda wore a simple outfit with her favorite pair of Jedi boots (imagine the heels as boots instead) and her blonde hair was pulled back into a ponytail. After he started playing his song, she started coming forward. She was sensing something in him.. he seemed like he was almost force sensitive and trying to kinda hide it.

Koda was basically in the front row watching him as he played his violin. She liked his style. It reminded her a little bit of someone she listened to while practicing moves with her lightsabers. After he was finished, the crowd including Koda, clapped. He was very good. Now she just had to talk to him.. maybe he would train her... who knew?

Upon finishing, Zaiden held out his hand and the violin flew to his palm. Using the Force to keep it steady, finger the strings, and move the bow, all while making music.. It was far harder than most would understand. But telekinetics on an intricate level was one of his primary skills - he used it to slow molecular movements in air, or speed them up, to hide himself from thermal sensors if he was ill equipped for them. So managing much larger objects was only slightly harder.

While the crowd clapped, Vokun felt a certain pair of eyes among them all. What he sensed he couldn't say, but when he looked up, his eyes did not search at all, instead he and she would lock eyes instantly. He offered a dazzling smile, then propped the violin back against his shoulder and began to play more. This time it was simply a slow yet happy tone, whimsical even. Never did his eyes waver.

She was absolutely stunning, he realized. Which was odd. In all of his years he had only ever thought that about one being.

Hello... Zaiden projected his thoughts, knowing through his senses that she was Force adept, and would hear them, I am Vokun. It is a pleasure, I am sure. Just project your thoughts, as if you were saying them loudly, and I will hear. What is your name? Who is your teacher? Did you enjoy the song? Hooking the bow beneath his arm, Zaiden began to pluck the strings with his fingers which caused a major variation in the harmonics therefore creating a new sound all together.

Koda watched with intent as a smile etched across her face. She hadn't smiled in a long time. She was rather impressed by the man's skills and he reminded her of another violinist.. Kaelan Mars was it? Possibly.. she was getting big in the industry.. or at least trying to. Koda used alot of her music when it came to listening to some. Koda loved to sing. some people would hear her and she would see people randomly stop and stare at her in amazement. It helped keep her calm.. or not bored.

As the crowd of people clapped, he seemed to sense her presence as he then looked right to her and the teen's eyes locked with his own. As he smiled, she returned the favor, smiling and giving a slight nod of her head in respect. He then started playing again seemingly serenading the crowd with the sound of the violin. It produced such a unique sound that was always so easy on the ears. Then she heard voices. It took her a second, but then she connected the dots and heard what he was saying telekinetically.

"I am Koda.. my master died a few years ago and yes I did. That was very lovely."

she responded to a surprisingly easy connection. Maybe it was the music. It always seemed to help her stay focused on one thing. Koda smiled again watching him playing with the violin. He was very creative with it and she liked it.

Once more he smiled broadly, her enjoyment seemed a worthy thing. However he grew solemn, gesturing to his assistants from earlier. They took the violin tenderly, and began to stash the rest of the gear as well to be transferred. As they did, he rolled his sleeves then gestured to the girl to follow. Glancing down at his watch absentmindendly as he headed for a nearby cantina. Inside he found a booth then slid into it, drawing a tin containing cigarettes from his breast pocket.

Placing tube filtered tip against his lips, he flicked his thumb upward, and with that he had summoned a small flame to hover above the appendage. Running the tobacco filled paper tube over the flames, he inhaled deeply before exhaling it in the other direction, away from the girl.

When she neared enough, he scooted to offer her a seat next to him, but also gestured opposite himself at the free chair there, "Take a seat? I would like to hear your story, if you will tell me it." With that he brought the cigarette from his lips, blowing another cloud away from them.

Another smile came across her face as she watched him finish playing the current song. The smile seemed to fade slightly from him as he finished, gesturing to assistants which took the violin, putting it away as they then started working on putting all of the other equipment away. Koda had to say, it was quite the setup. An amount of seriousness came across her senses as she watched him check his watch, then gesturing her to follow him as he lead her to a local cantina.

He led her to a booth, sitting down to pull out a cigarette. Lighting it with a match made by his finger, which she had to say surprised her slightly, but not too much knowing she could control ice and the like, she sat down opposite of him just so they could see each other eye to eye. Luckily when he puffed, he did it away from their direction. In an unfortunate situation, Koda had found that she was allergic to whatever ingredients were inside of the cigarettes.

Koda was going to sit next to him but it didn't make sense if they were going o have a chat together. So she took the opposite side of the table and sat down. He then asked to hear her story. It was a tough one to tell but she would anyway.

"Well, I guess I'll start at the beginning. I have a brother and when we were little, we were under the care of our parents and a master. I was rather young when losing my parents, so it was hard to understand at the time. Our master watched us for a while before we noticed that my brother was missing on a regular basis. He soon went crazy, attacking me and my master and then left. Then it was just the two of us for the longest time. I lost my master about nine years ago. We were in a battle with a Sith and he had no chance. Now I just roam the galaxy. On the run while also looking for my brother."

she then randomly blushed realizing she had just told him a good portion of a story she rarely told anyone. She did however leave one or two things out. She would tell him as they went though.

Taking another drag from his cigarette, Zaiden listened as the woman spoke. She had obviously been through quite a bit, and still seemed merritable in the end. This was quite the bragging right, for most people broke under such loss. He appreciated it a lot.

Having seen she held a bit of surprise at his ability to control and conjure flames, Zaiden inwardly grinned. Taking a final drag off the smoke, he closed it in his fist, and a massive flare of fire erupted through the creases of his hand. Flames were the only element he learned to manipulate when studying under Shapers, but he did so well.

When he opened his hand, a soft blow through his lips sent the incinerated ashes blowing in the wind.

At a gesture and controlled action through the Force, Zaiden summoned a glass of bourbon from a passing worker, who held a tray of drinks. Sipping at it, the former God of Shadows nodded his appreciation at it - it was a good brand. Setting the drink down, he asked firstly, "How old are you currently? Nine years is a long time too have no training in the Force." He paused, rubbing a fingertip against his lips thoughtfully, "I ask because I would love too teach you.

"You're quite the beauty if I am to be honest, plus you speak well, and hold respect which is hard to come by." He said, "So, pending your age, and acceptance if you would wish to return to learning, I might teach you. What do you say?"

[member="Koda Berus"]

He seemed to at least hold some interest in what she was saying, which was nice. Some people thought of her as just a lost child. She watched as he finished up his cigarette and then disposed of it by flaming it in his hand and letting the ashes be gone in the wind. With her story, most people probably would have lost all sanity and probably would have killed themselves by now, but Koda was different. Many people have given up on her throughout time and it hurt, but she moved on.

Koda smiled slightly as he used the force to take a glass of brandy from a tray as it passed. She contemplated taking one herself, but it would be very inappropriate for her to do so in his company. He took a drink, nodded and then set his glass down before asking her some questions. She opened her mouth to respond and then she heard that he was willing to teach her.. Her eyes widened as she froze for a second but then blinked a few times and then spoke.

"I uh.. I'm 18 currently."

she responded with a slight stutter in surprise. She was starting to be very intrigued by this conversation and now listened even more intently. He complimented her on her looks, which wasn't too common these days and how she spoke. While she had the chance under a master, she became a very intelligent person in all aspects of education.

"Thank you. I don't get compliments like this very often anymore.. I hope I'm not too old for you to teach me. Honestly, respect comes with experience. It's been hard to keep it in line at times. My master was a good man and helped keep me in line. I miss those days. I would love to continue learning under you expertise. There's one thing I did leave out though, that you should probably know and it reminded me when you used fire with your hands. I have the opposite.. I control ice.."

She responded. There would be a hint of eagerness in her voice as she spoke. Koda was very excited of having a master in her presence again and she hoped that he would be able to help finish her training at last.

"Ice? Cryokinesis is a hard ability to come by." Vokun murmured with an arched brow. It was quite the boast, even though he guessed she hadn't meant it as such. The last person he had met whom was a Crykinetic, was Sno Wyte. For a moment he pondered his lost comrade, wondering where she had ventured too. It had been years now.

"I will teach you. Eighteen is still an apt age to learn. If I am honest, my training began a few years after my adult life began, so you will have more then enough time to learn." Another sip of the burning drink scorched its way down his throat, "I will be honest with you, now, before we venture to far into this idea. I am a Master, in the sense that I have knowledge of what is required of mastery, however, I..." He paused, "Well, I did some terrible things that ended with my death. Before I was revived, a close friend drained my spirit of most of my power. I have the know how to do masterful things, but I cannot do them on the grandest of scales.

"You would be learning from a weak Master, if you want to look at it like that." Vokun said with a sigh, before taking an even larger drink from the glass, "Now, if that suits you, as your eagerness makes me believe it does, I must firstly proclaim a few rules. One, you must be yourself. I saw you eying the tray as it past, do not hold back if you want a drink. I cannot stand fake people. Be you, not who you think I would want.

"Two, what I say goes. In situations where life might be at risk, believe that a call made will only be done so, if I am absolutely adamantly sure you will survive. Under my tutelage, listen, obey." He now added a third finger to the two previously standing, "Third, questions are not only accepted, they are expected. If I say, jump off of that cliff, feel free too say, why what's at the bottom or will I get hurt, just do so in the end without issue.

"Four," Another finger joined the others, "I will only explain myself, or my past if I feel you need too know, or if you directly ask a certain question. Just asking me what happened when you were a child, versus what happened that day when you watched so and so die, will get different results.

"Last, I will be teaching you on the field. I do not believe in behind the books. Not too say it wouldn't happen, but expect ninety percent to be in front of an opponent or an obstacle." That said, Vokun swished the last of his drink around the glass a moment then downed it, "If that all sounds good, I actually have a job I came to Coruscant to perform. It would be the perfect time to begin training - blasters, blood, danger, the whole nine."

Wondering if she should have told him about her special power, she was almost unsure if she should have old him. He seemed somewhat surprised by it. It was in no way meant to be used to boast. She had only been alerting him before he found out another way.

"It's also quite tough to keep control of.."

she responded hearing his murmurs. Koda had been wanting to know how to keep it under control but rarely had luck. Generally instead of just the force, the force and ice came out of her hand at the same time in attacks unwilling by her own doing. Koda then listened to him as he told her that he had made some bad mistakes an that was what had killed him.. he had been brought back from the dead?? Interesting.. He then started laying out rules and he seemed to be pretty similar to her. He caught her off guard though when he mentioned the tray of drinks.

He was somewhat powerless, but she didn't mind as long as she was being taught something. He was lucky though because Koda was a very vocal person and if she didn't exactly like something or wanted to know what was going to happen, there were questions. It was just in her nature after living on her own for so long. Just by his rules, Koda was liking him already. His last rule really made her happy though. Yes, she read books, but she found doing something instead of reading about it made the experience better for her.

"That sounds perfect to me. I prefer to be out there doing the work rather than sitting in a library and reading about it anyway. The mission sounds good to me too. Sounds fun."

she responded. Another tray came by and this time she took a shotglass of amber liquid, making a quick toast to her new master before taking it down.

"I'll explain that one another time."

she gave a slight smirk. She was ready for the mission and another story didn't exactly have time right now unless she told it on the way to the location of where their mission began.

Rising to his feet quickly Vokun made too leave. Tossing a credit chip onto the table as he did too pay for the drinks. "Just something to add, if ever you need something, or want it, just ask. I am... Quite wealthy." He said, not trying to brag, simply let her know. His was a wealth of old money, bound tight by his own new money. Quite the sum. He had been known to make billion credit bids at auctions. The second most populated planet in the galaxy called him their GodKing...

So...

Once outside, Vokun looked over his shoulder at the woman, "First lesson, I don't do things normal, so neither will you." At that Vokun took off like a bullet. His pants and vest rippled heavily in the onslaught of air as he raced around the corner of the cantina. When rounding said area, he reached out to grab a light post, while he lightly kicked off the ground. The result was him spinning a full one hundred and eighty degrees until his feet lightly brushed the wall of the aforementioned building. From here he released the pole, only to kick off back toward the metal appendage of the planet. Now slightly above it, he kicked off this as well.

Sliding too a halt on the roof opposite the cantina, he grinned as he looked to see the woman. Could she make the same, or similar, motions to get up there? Most apprentices could not, but she was not a normal apprentice. Luckily for himself, he did not even have to use the Force - his acrobatics was a species driven trait. He was of the Elahad Sanguinius Vampirika line. He bore heavily enhanced strength, coordination, and over all abilities.

"We need the high ground if we are going to accomplish our mission!" He called.

[member="Koda Berus"]

As Vokun stood, Koda did as well but stopped for a second midway as he spoke again and then she continued moving from the seat, still keeping eye contact with him as he spoke. He stated that he was a pretty wealthy man. Koda wasn't sure what to think about that, but she nodded in understanding as she then followed him out. At best, she had a few credits to pay for something small. It was never much, just what she received after a day helping out where she could to get money. Maybe one day, she'd have enough money to get a small apartment.

As they went outside, Koda was in a somewhat deep though, but then Vokun stopped and then told her that he doesn't do things normal. This brought a slight smile to her face. She wasn't normal at all. Koda did things the way she saw fit.

"Lucky for you I'm not normal."

she responded giving a small smile. All of a sudden, he then took off quicker than she could blink her eyes as he did this whole acrobatic performance and wound up on the opposite roof to the cantina. Koda then cocked her hip and crosse her arms as she looked at him up on the roof as he then spoke up again claiming that she had to have the high ground to complete the mission. She playfully narrowed her eyes before she thought of something in her mind. Acrobatics were another thing she was great at.

Crouching to the ground, one knee and hand to the ground, she sprung up into the air and did a front flip before landng on the roof of the cantina and sticking the landing. Then going backwards a little bit, she took a running start doing handsprings and cartwheels until the edge of the roof and then sprung off, flying through the air and did one more front flip before sicking another landing on the roof Vokun was on.

"I'm good with acrobatics, but not as good as you were. Not as advanced.. obviously.."

she responded with a slight giggle on the last word. So her acrobatics needed some work, but it wasn't something she couldn't handle.

When she moved fluid like water, just as good as could be imagined, to get too where he was, Zaiden stared open mouthed for a long moment. "Beautiful, intelligent, and a free runner... I love you." Then he smiled and gestured, "Come on, this way." From his position he moved to the edge, "Im going to go that roof, to the next..." He droned on showing her his plans of motion, so she didn't get lost or in case she lost sight of him.

Just like that he jumped off the roof, sliding vertically parallel too the wall, before kicking off. Roof too roof, wall too wall, Zaiden and his new apprentice would move until they had covered quite a distance. Originally they had been close to the platforms below, the walk ways of life on the planet, now they were a thousand meters up on a balcony that didn't belong to either of them. Staring past the chasm below and ahead of them, he spoke again, "That window, with the light on? From there go two down and one to the right. That is where we are going to go. A man inside stole from my family, our family. I do not plan to kill him... But if it comes too battle, be prepared." Vokun offered the hilt of a knife too her. It was not overly large, but its blade could be used to shave.

"Well, now you know where we are going, show me how we get there." He grinned, "There are a few easy to think of routes - if we get to the other roof, just go down and enter, if we have a line shooter we can zip line over, or we could use the Force."

[member="Koda Berus"]

After Koda landed on the roof with Vokun, she looked at him smirking for a second with a certain look on her face as she saw his own. She then listened as he started speaking, raising an eyebrow, soon blushing with a laugh and a big smile. That was quite the compliment. She then followed him as he gestured for her to do so and then gave her the rundown of where they were going.

As soon as he started moving, Koda followed with a running start as she started jumping rooftops like hurdles. Soon they had gone quite a way ahead from where they had been when they stopped on a balcony. She then listened closely as he showed her their destination of where they were going to. The story he told held an amount of emotion in his voice while he explained.

"I'm always prepared.. and even more so with that."

she responded as he handed the hilt of a knife to her. Two lightsabers hung from her belt, but this would work perfectly. She could see his reasoning. Koda honestly wasn't always prepared.. but by luck she was generally fairly well prepared for whatever came her way. The blade he handed to her was nice. It was more of a shaving knife, but it was small enough to conceal, which she stored on the small knife sheath she had added onto her holsters. Koda pat herself down for a grappling hook, but none could be found. This was gonna be done the old fashioned way.

"We'll have to use the force. We jump to the smaller roof right there, since it has a shorter distance and then we can jump up to the roof and then make our way down the balconies to that window."

she responded. Koda then waited for his approval before she made her way over.

"That seems good." Vokun said, then he leaped too the nearby building, sliding a bit when he landed. Continuing onto the edge, he almost was slammed into when he jumped again, a flying car having its tip aimed at him. Leveling out, his feet touched the hood, and he kicked again, this time sailing onto the roof they wished too access.

Immediately Vokun hurled a knife from his belt. It was aimed not to kill, rather to cut, which it did while it hurled past a guards arm, slicing through the shirt and skin there. When he went to touch his wound, Vokun moved on, ignoring the man. Soon enough he slumped to the ground, unconscious. Retrieving the blade from its spoof where it embedded into the door to the roof entrance, he paused to watch the girls reaction of the attack.

"Non lethal poison, it puts people to sleep but doesn't have any real permanent damage." Vokun said, then gestured into the door, "Inside there will be guards. A lot. We need to be undetected - so be absolutely careful."

[member="Koda Berus"]

After Vokun started moving, Koda followed not far behind him and jumped across. She gasped when she saw him slip and almost get skewered by a hover car. He recovered before he could be mushed and kicked off from it, landing on the roof they needed to be on. She breathed a sigh of relief, took a few steps back and then hurled herself across the distance, landing on the first roof and then making her way to the second.

As Koda landed on the roof, she looked up to see Vokun hurl a knife from his belt towards a guard. It cut through his arm and it didn't take very long before he fell to the ground and seemed to fall asleep. She then looked from her own knife to him and raised an eyebrow.

"Remind me to never get on your bad side."

She responded to him. Then looking to him once more she heard as he said there'd be a lot of guards inside.. Great.. Koda would have to keep her face hidden by the hood of her outfit.

"Good thing I have a hood then. I just seriously hope they don't stop us for anything..."

She said with a rather nervous look on her face.

Zaiden reached behind a nearby crate, pulling out a bag. He placed it on the ground, "I planned this for a few, so I brought these up here. Feel free too use them. I am versed well enough too not need them." Inside was a Shadow Coat, which was a hooded dark coat that made it so one was invisible in the Force, a No-Show, a device to remain undetected by sensors - sight or sound included.

With that, Zaiden vanished. Entirely. He was undetectable by sound, sight, sensor, or Force detection. This was whom he was. The Master Stealther was here. Do not worry, I am here. I will guide us along the way, just stay low. If someone poses a threat, attempt to take them down, not out. If we have no other option, kill them. Vokun sent toward her as he opened the door for their entrance. Unlike what he expected of the girl, he did not crouch but instead walked into the stairway quickly.

She was detectable by people looking her way, he isn't.

When they reached the first floor, technically the top, Zaiden murmured into her thoughts, Hold. Around the corner he moved until he reached an open door. Inside were several guards that were being given their orders, their commander must have called them in when Zaiden had dropped the roof guard.

Rolling his shoulders, Vokun smiled as he straightened his arm. From within his sleeve, uncoiling until it rolled around his arm toward his hand, was his Amphistaff. When she settled into his palm, he flexed his wrist, sending a char into the wall. While he and she were unseen, the mark was not. They instantly smelled the burn, saw the mark, heard it.

He was taunting them.

In a matter of under a second, each of those in the immediate vicinity were unconscious. Vokun murmured to his living weapon, "It is wonderful to have you back in hand, you beautiful beautiful destructive thing you." It vibrated happily too his comments, as he headed back to the stairs.

Dropping his cloak, he gestures around them, "There are some more guards, but those in the immediate vicinity are out for the count. Lets go."

[member="Koda Berus"]

Koda watched him as he went behind a crate and pulled out a bag. She looked confused for a second, but listened as he explained and then looked inside to see a coat. She raised an eyebrow but then pulled one out to look at it closer. She figured it wouldn't be the worst idea. It would keep her semi protected, but as usual, she figured she would wing it like she generally did. So folding the jacket neatly and putting it back in the bag, she fixed her hood instead. But either way, she would make it through the best she could even if her heart was jumping out of her chest.

She stood for a second, re-wrapping the hood around her neck and then pulling the hood itself over her head. Two strands of wavy blonde hair stuck outside of her hood as she then turned to Vokun as he spoke to her through the force. She listened completely, nodding as she then followed him in. As he opened the door, she stood behind him frozen for a second, but then took a deep breath, toughened up and stayed low as he said.

After reaching the first floor, his word echoed in her mind for her to hold where she was. So far, no one had found her suspicious, or they were setting up a trap. Koda looked around for a second, still keeping low for the moment. As he opened the door, she looked in to see multiple guards in a meeting of some sorts. More than likely looking for the two of them. This was nothing out of the norm, but what happened next was definitely witch craft compared to the things Koda had seen and she had seen alot of stuff in her time so far. Nothing like this though. Koda watched as something rolled into his hand and then shot off into the room and soon everyone had been knocked out.

Of course though, it would have to be now that something would go wrong. Koda was where she had been waiting for her master next when a guard came over to her and tapped her on the shoulder.

"Hey, do I know you from somewhere?"

Great.. What to do now? Koda improvised...

"Oh who knows, you know, people these days. So many girls look the same."

"No, you're different-"

"Of course I'm different! I don't wanna be like other girls!"

He took a much closer look at her. Very close look. As he squinted his eyes, Koda put her hands on her hips before his eyes flew wide open in realization that he was standing in front of a bounty right there and then.

"You.. You're Koda Berus!! Gu-!"

She punched him in the gut and then escorted him over to the side out of sight. People looked over randomly at hearing his surprise and she reprimanded and slapped him as if he had recently become an ex. When prying eyes looked away, she then escorted him to the side as he tried to object, but she then mind tricked him instead of letting him continue his tyraid.

"You will forget you saw me and be on your way."

She said looking right into his eyes. He repeated it like a zombie and then walked away. Koda then walked quickly back over to where her master was and saw him as he removed his cloak and spoke to her. She heard what he said and then gave a nod to him.

(Completely forgot about this. Since we moved on, Im just going to do a brief collection post, gathering the stolen goods.)

Vokun nodded and they moved on. Every step was a precise practiced thing. None heard their approach, nor saw them if he didn't want them too. Occasionally they would split up, Vokun pointing her toward a group while he took on the others, always trying to incapacitate and not kill. Floor by floor they moved, taking down all that came around, but not quite seeking out others. It was a dangerous approach, as leaving some conscious meant they could be found. But Vokun had no plans to be there long. So a quick hit and move was a decent plan. Get a straight path to the goal, and just move. Besides he had an exit strategy already in place, just waiting for his call.

That was what had made him a great assassin long before he ever realized he was Force sensitive. Even longer before his training began. He would plan, meticulously. Find out the schedule of his target. Every step they took every day. Did they use the restroom for longer than six minutes? If so, on average, how much longer? What did they eat for breakfast? Was it ever varied, or did they always consume the same thing? If the enemy went to a certain locale frequently Vokun would plant tech, gear, whatever he might need nearby. Just like now. Up top had been a bit of gear hidden away for the day of. In the office they were making their way toward were two daggers, an alchemical sword, and a Betty Blaster.

Plus nearby was a hover car waiting to swoop in, dangle by the bay window long enough for him to jump on and grab hold. Then they would be out of there.

Soon enough Vokun paused outside of the door leading to the room that held the office, his final goal. Gesturing to the woman, he said, "Stay here. Count to thirteen. At that point, run in, take a hard right six steps past the door frame. In that room, jump out the window. Remember, trust me. I know what we're doing."

Just like that he kicked in the door, and like a machine he took the life everything inside. Six seconds down. Now he flipped a table, kicked over a desk. Searching. Ten seconds down. There! Grabbing the sceptre, Vokun hurled a blast of Force energies at the durable window, sending glass outward. This was the signal.

One..Two..Three. He jumped. With aid of the Force, Vokun would make sure the girl landed in the open seat of the convertible hovercar that was under them. He didn't worry, grabbing hold of a slit on the machine before it gunned ahead again.
