With the fall of the First Order, law and order have abated in the territories once held in their grip. Brigands, rebels, and now Ssi-Ruu invaders run rampant across the stars. The shipyards of Sluis Van have managed to survive the implosion of the First Order's government, but the encroachment of Ssi-Ruu threaten to destroy it.
