Mierin stood in place on board her Flagship the Crimson Wraith. Her bright yellow eyes scanned the inner workings of her Hangar bay, men and women of the Imperial Royal Guard toiling away on ships, carrying cargo, and doing whatever needed to be done. Some of them wore the Power Armor that she had crafted for them, others wore nothing but red fatigues. They were tired, all of them.

Battle after battle had worn them, fight after fight had weathered them.

Not a single one had complained however. She had not heard a bad word or a curse, not from any one of them. Her Red Guards waded into the fight first, no matter who the enemy. Protectorate, Republic, Even Mandalorians, they fought and died with no issue, they, killed and slaughtered without issue. Her Imperial Guard were loyal unto death, and they had proven it time and time again.

A smile touched her lips as one of them passed by her, giving the slightest of salutes before passing on by. They knew they didn't need to do that, yet they still did.

She nodded to the man in return, and then regarded the opening of the Hangar bay. There a shuttle was slowly making its way through the ray shield that lay over the opening of the Hangar, a transport that brought one of the Voices of the Dark Lord.

A request had been made to me by Mierin to join her on her ship. It seemed the Sith Lady needed his help with something and it would involve… armor. I hadn’t ever been a big fan of armor, it kept me movements restricted and my speed down, and a mentalist master who spent his time subverting the enemy lines… he needed his movements. Yet… this body was different, stronger in so many ways; the cybernetics I had installed increased it even more. Armor could be handy, turn me more into a tank while preserving my ability to mentally assault people.

Was really one of the few reasons I decided to come along, that and it was never a bad thing to be owed a favor by a Hand of the Dark Lord. Mierin would be a good… ally? to be had. We had started off slightly… rocky to say the least, but after Teta and Alderaan I think it’s safe to say that we have both found values in one another.

Wouldn’t be best friends, but we knew what we had on each other. Which was really the only thing that mattered in the Sith Hierarchy if you thought about it.

Settling down in the hangar of the Wraith a group detached itself from the shuttle, three members of my new Guardhttp://chevsy.deviantart.com/art/321de32-209353594 and myself in the middle, we walked towards the Sith Lady and I gave her a shallow bow.

‘Mierin, good to see you are well.’

Courtesy wasn’t optional.
