A trip to Sriluur

Eskel had lived on harsh lands before, but never before anyplace like Sriluur, its landscape was a page smeared with colours of golden yellows and vast tanned browns and whites. However, many shapes took form in these lands. One of the most infamous being The White Palace. Eskel had asked where he could buy a ship at the transport station he arrived on, and apparently this was the place for it. Eskel was wearing a standard travellers garment and a long rugged, tattered cloak. It's upper portions also working as a hood and a scarf. He also had a considerable large pouch on his thigh, which held a blaster and several other tid-bits like a holocom and a few medical supplies. However, he had his saber holstered in a slot on his lower back near his waist. He didn't want to be flashing it about, he may not have known the customs of these lands. But, he wished to not draw attention.

Eskel stalked the long corridors and the many stores, he was dazzled. The palace was bursting with life currently, many looked well travelled, much unlike himself. However, eventually Eskel had found what he was looking for. Ahead of him, sat a large slug like creature. With many spacers and travellers, possibly mercenaries bidding on a ship. Small, but space worthy. And, by the looks of it could house maybe up to 6 maybe 8 people if someone slept in the cargo hold. Eskel thought they might be bidding, the young force wielder broke through the crowd. Taking to the front, and drawing the hutt's attention. Who by instinctive guess and the voice, Eskel could only guess was it was male. "I have an offer to make!" The young man shouted eagerly, reaching behind him for the gift his father had given him. However, awaiting the large slug's acknowledgement before revealing his most prized possession.

Sempra cast a tired gaze on the smugglers and other low lives who had arrived to bid on the ship. Listening he knew neither of them would really be able to provide anything interesting in return. Besides, they were amateurs and the hutt did not trust they would be skilled enough to pay back a loan.

He was about to cancel the bidfing as a new voice was heard. He turned his large head and spotted [member="Eskel Tyvia"]

"Do you know? And what might that be?" he rumbled in a dark voice.

The breath of the large slug turned Eskel's knee's to jelly. The slug's large eyes felt like they were sinking into his soul at this point. There was a moment of silence as both Sempra and Eskel sized each other up, and other thugs became to stare too. Putting on a brave face, he removed the ancient lightsaber from its holster, and held it in a telekinetic grip for the large slug to see. "This, is an ancient weapon. Likely worth quite a great sum." Then, pulling the saber back into his hand, confident he had won over the slug.

"And, I happen to know how to use it." Eskel held the hilt in both hands, activating the blade. It wasn't quite blood red like that of a sith's saber. It was a weaker colour, almost pink. But still with a glimmer of red. Eskel looked at [member="Sempra the Hutt"], "You got something you need done?" Eskel asked, silencing the blade and placing it in its holster. "Point me in the right direction and I'll get it done, then. I'll come back for my ship."

"Ho ho ho, you are a bold one." the hutt chuckled. He waved away the other bidders and turned his full attention toward [member="Eskel Tyvia"].

"This is an interesting proposal jedaii. A ship is alot of money, I would expect such a favour to be rather large. As a token of my respect of your kind, how about this. I sign the ship to you now, and when I do have such a favour to ask I will summon you to complete the deal? Hum?" the hutt replied cunningly.

Eskel paced a little, mulling it over. He oh so suddenly knew it was a bad idea, however it was better than throwing away whatever possessions he had left to claim a ship. He nodded, "That is ideal, whatever you need. Whenever you need it." Eskel jumped on onto the stage where the ship was being showed off. It didn't look like much of a hangar. "How long until I can expect to see her in the transport station outside?" Eskel asked, staring up at the ship. He couldn't help but feel wheezy, once this deal was sealed and Eskel was done using his birth gift of the force as a bargaining chip. He'd be absolutely free to go wherever he wanted. It was freedom to him.

Sempra thwirled his greedy fingers.

"Oh, I'll have her ready for you in just an hour or two. Just sign this contract here..." the Hutt slid forth a datapad with the voice recording of what [member="Eskel Tyvia"] had just stated along with a number of binding terms to the deal.

Eskel walked over to the large slug, taking the data pad, and jotting down his signature where needed, "I can wait an hour or two." Eskel mumbled to himself before returning the data pad to [member="Sempra the Hutt"].

Eskel really had no idea what exactly he was getting himself into. But down the line it'd be worth it, or at least that was what he hoped.

(forgot to tag you, derp)

Sempra nodded and made sure [member="Eskel Tyvia"] was tended to by serving slaves. He wanted the man to feel at ease with the deal made. The time for payment would come, in due time, Sempra mused and returned his attention to other matters at hand.

(Cheers and thanks for the RP! :) ))

(Likewise!)

Within the next few hours Eskel was onboard his ship and ready to fly, he had no idea what he was doing and thus had to spend the next six hours figuring out how everything worked. However it came particularly easy, it wasn't much different from a swoop bike.

Eskel had no idea where he would be going next. However, he knew that one day the Hutt would call for him. He wasn't looking forward to it.
