"A'right Logan, we be coming up on that er train there," the shivering voice of the blue-faced Duro, Ernesto, yelled over the roaring sound of the swoop bike and the nearby cargo train. One of his black gloved hands released the handlebar of the swoop bike and he extended two fingers outwards to point at something in the distance. Whatever it was, it remained hidden behind a blanket of thick icy wind and a small albeit blinding blizzard. However, the roaring sound of an engine and the echo impact of metal on metal was a tell-tale sign that it was the cargo train. It was the train that Logan had been scouting out for a few weeks now, it was prime target for attack. It didn't have much in the way of security like most other high-profile cargo transports. That was due to how close the train hugged to this cliff-side on Vandor, at least, that's what Logan assumed was the reason why. "Sure you ain't wanna get any of them others to go with yerself," Ernesto questioned over the roaring winds that wove their ways throughout the snowy mountain ranges.
Logan's left hand flew up to the hat that lay perched atop his head, holding it down to try and keep it in place as best as he could among the tempest of the frosty winds. His glazed eyes remained fixated on the source of sound that echoed loudly through the mountains, the train. He didn't avert his eyes for one second as he responded to his loyal companion. "You know damn well I can't. Some of 'em are trying to hit another, larger train on Vandor. We need the distraction to get whatever 'valuable' commodity Jose said was on this here train here. Pull us through this blizzard, Ernesto, I need to get on that train." Almost immediately after Logan had finished speaking, the icy cold, swoop bike dove into the blinding expanse of wind and snowfall to their right. As the companionship rode their way through the chill of the blizzard, Logan felt his fingers going numb despite the gloves that encased his hands, his extremities soon followed suit as well. However, the older man ignored the numbness of his fingers and extremities. After what felt like an eternity of being blinded by snowfall and being encased in the cold vacuum of Vandor, the pair came out the other side. They were almost right on top of the train now, just a dozen feet above the bending and shifting train as it dove and rode it's way along the curved mountainside. At the sight of the train below him, Logan sucked in a deep breath of nervousness. He'd have to jump from here. Any lower and they would alert the sensors on the train, something that the man didn't want to happen. "Stay close Ernesto, I'll comn you when you can pull close to the train," Van de Berg said through chilled breaths. His left hand remained on his hat, though he knew that it would probably fly off.
Logan stood up slightly on the swoop bike, his legs were shaking at the thought of jumping. He had done countless robberies before, though never one where he had to jump from a swoop bike onto a moving train that went along a mountainside before. Seems their was a first for everything. And then, Logan jumped. Despite what efforts he made to keep his hat on, it flew off of his head and into the wind, though he was more concerned with landing on the train than anything else right now. It didn't take long, merely a few seconds...and then he was on the train.
