Emberlene's Daughter, The Jedi Generalist
[member="Jane Yang"]

The massive training ship was something few could match in terms of capability. Matsu had seen to that and traveling around the galaxy they could use it to pick up new padawans for training purposes, meet new people and bringinign them to the jedi orders. Or evacuating planets when there was trouble. A sister ship was being worked on, the Kiyomi was something few would ever be able to really see but it was a massive medical ship. So the jedi master as she sat on the one seat in the observation dome of the ship. Seeing the construction and testing of the other massive ship.

"Master Ike we have new." THe one who approached was her most trusted captain.. the one she would rely on. Rali stood there in the uniform until she was checking it all out. "Ah and what is it?" She was curious about it until she was looking over. "THe padawans have arrived." She bowed and Matsu moved off of her chair with a smile on her face. "Ah good, then I shall go and greet them." She was moving around the area towards a lift and touched her hair to push it back behind her ear. She had her cane while walking and looked the wise older master.

Jane arrived in a transport, with other Padwans. That ship was huge and beautiful and Jane had never seen anything like it. Jane was anxious to finally start her training. She wanted to become a powerful jedi in the future.

Despite her anxiety, she was nervous. Deep down she was afraid she would not be able to handle it. She closed her eyes for a few seconds, re-established the inner calm and continued forward, ready for her padwan training.Jane knew she was as capable as anyone, so she kept walking self-confident, eager to know who her future master would be.

Matsu walked and she stopped in the one small park.. well small by some standards they had constructed a jedi temple here in the center of it all. Looking like the eye itself with a silver entryway chamber for those visiting. The jedi master snickered a little some some were able to well try it out. Tourists wanting to meet the jedi and brush arms with them... it went a long way towards building relations with the people and showing them that jedi were people too they just had a calling that was above their own wants and needs. The jedi master herself though was moving around with her cane as she looked at the potential padawan who had arrived. Motioning them over when she was small compared to most of the other jedi.

"Welcome welcome padawans." A smile was on her face though, warm... motherly and welcoming to their advanced capabilities. "THis is the Shangri-La, a jedi academy that roams around the galaxy. I am glad to see such young faces." She moved forward and down the line with her cane tapping on the floor when she stopped in front of each of them. "Ah how nice, I am Matsu Ike a jedi master and one fo the head artisan's within the order." She used one position but she was older then most of the jedi and had trained in each of them with different levels of skills and success. She knew the jedi order since she was born as a generalist.

THe jedi master stopped though while she was walking and smiled seeing Jane. "Ah you are the young one from Naboo yes?" She said it and really aside from some general ifnormation for the passengers in case of problems and next of kin notifications being needed she motioned and walked. "This ship is where you can train, eat, sleep, get anything you need. THere are civilian's here traveling around and their credits help fund the order to keep it from requiring government stipends. In an ever shifting galaxy it is nice to not have to worry about feeding ourselves on top of staff and many others." The jedi moved taking a small seat on a rock. "So each of you tell me about yourself."

That ship was indeed impressive. Jane watched as Master Matsu Ike introduced himself and spoke to everyone. She was one of the first great Jedi masters she knew up close. Jane was a little anxious.

"Yes, I am. I was born and lived in Naboo for a while, although I have also lived in Coruscant for a while. It is a pleasure to meet you."

The Padawans walked behind the master to a rock, where she asked everyone to talk about them and introduce themselves.

"My name is Jane Yang and I was born in Naboo.I try to learn as much as I can here and one day become a great and powerful jedi.I'm strong, determined and somewhat shy sometimes."

Jane went on to describe two or three of her characteristics, until he finished speaking, turning to another. At heart she was very nervous and at the same time excited to be there.

Matsu listened to Jane and the others who were there as she sat down and spoke to them. "Good good, you are all welcome here." She didn't speak about it but the ship was a nexus of the force.. the agena they had created flowed with the lightside of the force and would allow lightsiders to be around it as opposed to anything else. Helpful for many things like weeding out secret sith who liked to infiltrate. The jedi master herself though divided them up and sent a third to go with one jedi group and another with some of the others. The initial impressions she got of people were helpful but she would wait to see if they were correct or not.

"Jane you will be here with me, we'll see about teaching you." The jedi master offered a kind smile and rubbed her hands together before putting her cane to the side and stood up as tall as her small size would allow. five foot even was well shorter then most of the other students but she knew how to use it without slouching. "Now you can learn a little about me." She said it while she was looking over at her. "I am born in Kessel's mines, the jedi raised me from being a little girl and I have mspent nearly sixty years within the order learning about the force. There are very few mysteries of it from me and for the last forty years I have explored the galaxy learning as many aspects as I could."

She walked over there and touched her shoulder. "Now lets see if we can teach you somethings about the force padawan." She offered a larger smile looking around the ship and with her hand moving the observation window opened to show the stars.

The Jedi Master passed great wisdom in speaking. It was a great privilege for Jane to be there to learn from her. Jane listened intently as the teacher talked about her story. Anxiety and curiosity defined Jane at that moment, however the girl was very impatient.

She wanted to start her real training as soon as possible, learn various techniques with the lightsaber, and how to best utilize her powers of strength. She was quite fond of fighting and fighting, though it was quite peaceful. She liked the adrenaline in the fights, the fuss, so she liked to see the fight as a sport.

When talking about serious life or death situations, the girl was already more calm and restrained. In her readings on light saber combat, she was very curious with Form 3 of combat, the Soresu, a form of combat with the saber that focused on a great defensive skill and a more passive fighting style. Deep down, she was a good-hearted pacifist. The master opened a large window to show the beautiful star outside the ship. Jane loved looking at the stars. The sight of the stars animated and inspired her. She found something beautiful and loved the idea of traveling between different planets through space as a Jedi. It was all a big dream for her.

Matsu was looking at her and Jane seemed inspitred almost and ready for something... something was buzzing in the force like a low whirring from the girl who had a notion. So the jedi master responded in kind . "You seem to want to get something started? Speak your mind padawan and we shall progress towards it if we can. I have plenty of free time on my hands while here on the ship." SHe said it and it was mostly true aside from well aside from the construction of a sister ship the Kiyomi which servedas a massive medical ship there was the High Plane of Heaven. She was looking at some of the stations and thinking about it Cherry Blossom was another example and the ship itself was coming into position. The goddess Shipyards loomed in the distance, brightly pink and with scaffolding to build some of the largest ships. The jedi amster stood there and held a hand out as from her sleeve. THe saber came and it was silver mastercrafted in the hilts design.
