Description:
Where the Olympian was the mainstay armor produced by ArmaTech, the Titan a set of power armor meant to withstand heavy blaster fire without the aid of its shields, and the Immortal meant to provide excellent protection to the wearer, the Specter is meant to provide a level of stealth that the others lacked. Although the Reflec provided it with sensor blocking technology negating most sensors from being able to pick them up, it doesn't make them invisible, only hard for sensors to pick up, which has numerous benefits. Fitted with an Icon-class shield and a Dual Power Cell Sky-Strike Miniature Jump Pack the flight systems are extended to 18 minutes rather than 12 and still fairly protective. When its shields are active, the use of Reflec is negated, but shields are meant for combat, Reflec is meant for scouting. The Reflec also allows the camouflage paint to adjust to the terrain the trooper is in. This is still a paint, but allows the paint to shift from desert to forest in a matter of minutes if need be. The armor is lighter, but with the dual powercell most of that is negated.

A myriad of support systems are combining in this armor, allowing it to be used in any combat environment. Being Hermetically sealed allows it to survive decompression, and featuring a temperature regulator it can be used to compete in almost any climate. It features a thin layer of thermal gel mixed with foam sealant, providing additional protection from blaster and slugthrower weapons and allowing holes torn in the suit to automatically reseal, assuming they aren't overly large. This isn't as effective as a sealant patch but it is better than nothing, and is automatic. A power armor-liner provides increased resistance to kinetic and energy weapons, reducing the chance of knock down and providing resistance to heat, fire, cold, corrosives, and poisons. Electromagnetic soles allow soldiers to maneuver more effectively in zero or light gravity. It features a digital life support system readout allowing medics to quickly assess an injured individual. Finally it features a combat de-ionizer as standard.

Since Popo's handing these off due to IRL issues, I'll be picking this one up.

I've reviewed the submission and find it completely in-line as far as camouflage capabilities, armor rating, and technology level are concerned with the development thread that's been put into place for the submission.

Approved, pending secondary.
