Classification: Light Repeating Blaster
Size: Handheld
Length: 91.44 Centimeters

Ammunition Capacity: 45 Bolts (Extended Power Cell) Can Connect to a Continuous Power Generator
Effective Range: 100 Meters (Maximum Range 200 Meters)
Rate of Fire: Semi-Automatic; Automatic (1 Blast per Second)
Special Features:
Power: The weapon was famous for being the most powerful standard-issue single soldier fire arm during the era of the Galactic Empire; Cuts through most Personal Armor, Break down Personal Energy Shields, and penetrate armor on light combat vehicles.
Extended Power Cell: ArmaTech has increased the size of the power cell normally used in the weapon to increase the number of bolts per cell, thus increasing the weight.
Shortened Range: Due to the shortening of the weapon and decrease in focusing lenses the effective range has suffered by 1/3 of the standard model.
Overheating: The weapon is known to overheat when fired continuously faster than one bolt per second.
Description:
Simple and Effective describes this weapon. A remake of the classic T-21 Light Repeating blaster, ArmaTech Combat Systems has worked to reduce the size and bulk of the weapon, increase its capacity, without the cost of its famous stopping power. Redesigning the weapon around an extended detachable powercell, made to be easy to exchange, and a condensed focusing lens it provides the stopping power the T-21 was famous for, at the sacrifice of range.
Given an ergonomic grip and a comfortable plastoid stock, and a forward pistol grip allowed the weapon to be carried comfortably. It featured rails for after-market kits, a targeting sensor to link to the HUD of the man carrying, and Iron Sights. Like its ancient predecessor it had the ability to connect to a continuous power generator required the removal of the power cell, but there was no difference in weight due to the adapter needed to connect it to the power feeds. The weapon’s casing is constructed from Duranium rather than durasteel and plastoid, making it more reliable and more durable, surviving being run over by small wheeled vehicles, though it is far from indestructible. It is prone to overheat when sustaining high rates of fire, known for its barrel melting if fired continuously at rates faster than one bolt per second.
