Special Features:
Contracted to make weapons for the Blackblade Guard, ArmaTech played to its strengths. Nothing to fancy, but something versatile and tailor made to fit the strengths of the unit the weapon would be issued too. As a Paramilitary force, the Blackblades are often called to fight in cities and against other trained military units. Often they will encounter heavily armored personnel and needed a weapon they could count on in a dozen situations.
The ACS-205 Blackblade Modular rifle, the third weapon in the series is just such a weapon. The primary weapon is either a blaster rifle roughly the equivalent of the powerful A280 or A295 in terms of power, or a 7.62x45mm slugthrower. The slightly larger caliber is more power, more knock down capability than a standard slug. With a decent range, options for semi-automatic, three round burst, and fully auto, and a high rate of fire the weapon is an excellent general use assault rifle.
The secondary weapon is a semi-automatic 12 Gauge shotgun situated as an under-barrel attachment. This weapon is extremely deadly in close quarters, but the recoil and positioning of the weapon make it difficult to use consistently or accurately even at its effective range, better used at pistol range where it is most dangerous and easiest to use.

Rate of Fire: Automatic, 300 Rounds per Minute (Blaster/Slugthrower); Semi-Automatic (Shotgun)
Special Features:
- Bullpup: The Primary weapon has been configured as a bullpup, reducing the length of the weapon, making the recoil of the slug easier to bear, and reducing the weight quite a bit.
- Shotgun: It has a shotgun mounted beneath the primary weapon. This is the Master Key for doors, the screw you to dudes in armor at close range, and the pain to the shoulder of the wielder. Because it is set as a below weapon, the recoil is below the primary hand, making it unwieldy to use simultaneously, and awkward to take the recoil.
- Blaster or Slugthrower: The primary weapon can be configured as either a blaster or a slugthrower.
