Activity level gonna be slow for a bit

So, I have evicted a Tenant of mine and guy is a genuine hoarder. So those that know anything about such people know that I will be knee deep in poodoo for the next few days, maybe weeks cleaning and getting said house up to livable standards for my mother to move in.

That's sucky, [member="Strider Garon"]. I remember working with my grandma to clean up one of her rental properties after the tenants left. It's amazing what people can do to things. I wish you the best of luck in cleaning and repairing it.
