Question Adding Borders to Photos

I'm just wondering what types of resources you all use to add borders to photos? I found an app called "fotor" but they really only have three or four borders and I was looking for more.

I have used adobe stock, but you have to have a paid account for that. I've used/edited free .png frames that I've gathered off of google/pinterest, and I've also created my own through photopea, which is easier to do if you have a drawing tablet of some kind. There are some free .png sites where you can get images from, but some of them can be a little sketchy and you have to be careful.

For basic borders I just use Lunapic - it's a free image editor online.
I use to go ham on borders and fonts in Adobe and Photoshop, but now I just do the bare minimum to make things look neat, and Lunapic fulfils those low-effort requests without any hurdles.

For super simple borders, just to dress up my very basic pictures, I normally use Token Stamp 2 ( https://rolladvantage.com/tokenstamp/ ) which is a free website. Obviously it is geared towards TTRPG settings like Roll20 or Foundry, but I've found the square border to be not too terrible as a frame.
